Going to miss Lite Brite Garage with Chris so much. Congratulations on the new baby and God speed my friend. Thank you for all the great clean entertainment that you have provided to us over the years. I hope you start your own channel so that we can follow along as you grow your tribe of young monsters.
23rd! Shock shafts, pistons, a gallon of fluid per shock! Fender liners, SEMA, Winter Jamboree and an entire change of life! Y’all sher know how to shake things up. Good job on this video Kevin - we expected no less. Stepchild IS a Monster! Finished? Never! LiteBriteNationShocksAgain!
The Step Child has been 'built' for some time, but man, when you are standing next to it, it's so dang tall, it looks like something that you would see as part of a "Monster Truck" stadium show!
Chris should do his own channel so that he can have a 2nd income (real job & youtube). Maybe he & his lady can learn how to edit. It can simply be “A daily life with Chris”.
They are going to keep building this Jeep until 1. it’s useless 2. It becomes a Carolina squatter 3. Whistlindiesel is tired of seeing it, buys it then puts it through his special safety testing procedure to see if it’s worthy
Great for Tyler to be able to make time to help you out with the outstanding work Chris has been working on and is very impressive 👏 Thanx for Sharing your Experience and Knowledge Not looking forward for your Next Chapter of Lite Brite Family and without CHRIS in the picture Thanx for sharing Have a Great Day 👍 God Bless You and your Team
Gorilla Proof Tools makes an Allen Wrench that will not round out. Ultimately, before you drill out the bolt or screw, take a chisel and catch the edge of the screw and hammer on it. Often times, the chisel will bight into the head and force the screw to turn.
You should try one of those percussion massage guns to help get bubbles out. I'm sure you can 3d print / fab a head for it that fits perfectly on the shock to shake it
You should take her north, north and do some serious snow wheelin with her. Up in Kelowna British Columbia Canada there is a serious adventure club with a nice set of rigs that would give the Step Child a run for her money. You would need to put bigger wheels on her though to make it where they go
Yes, as you say, the camera doesn't really capture the loudness...have someone outside holding the camera and trying to describe the loudness in normal and then louder voice to act as comparison. Many street racers would love for their rides to be that loud...and now they know how to do it.
I don’t know where in the video that money was ever mentioned? Chris and Pam are grown adults who have decided, understandably, that they want more stability in their life when they start their family & while living under their own roof rather someone else’s. We could try handcuffing Chris to the lift, but I doubt he’d appreciate it.
I saw a nice Weatherhead hose crimping machine on the end of one of the steel benches. I know this machine very well I've made a lot of replacement hyd hoses from 430 series very high pressure where you have to skive the rubber off the outside so you crimp directly to the steel braid inside to low psi U series fittings. The fittings on the shocks look like Parker brand fittings. Do you guys do both and if so why?
It looks like the driver front tire is going to touch the hoses. Driver side stuffed, passenger dropped out while turning left. Pick up the passenger rear tire with the forklift and test before you go wheeling.
Another Good video, as usual, and now that i see the new paint job on the Almost There? Finnished StepChild, I take back my Comment from. A few videos back when you 1st put that paint on, I guess that it just grows on ya as Now it Looks Really Sharp and Cool,My Humblest Apologies for the Earlier dis Comment ❤🇺🇸🇺🇸
Just a heads up, Jefe over at Matt's off road recovery has put portals on his bronco. Say it slow motion with me now...P O R T A L S.... Man, that would be nice on the Braptor.
We’ll be fine. ☺️ He’ll be sorely missed, especially since he’s basically family now. But we managed great before Chris, and we’ll manage just fine without him.
Kevin, when the average buyer installs high-end shocks like this but they don't wheel their machine the way you guys do. Wouldn't they lost a lot longer than a shitty stock shock?
Let’s say you were going to sell this jeep of yours. And you could get what you have put into it. And I realize you guys have done this then removed it, done that then removed it. But what you have into it as it sits. What would it be sold as?
You still plan go out of the UA-cam business after your mechanic leaves why do you run full length exhaust the old hot rod days they put the muffler under your but with a peace of down pipe maybe 3 inch long that the tail pipe hope the video keep going on maybe you can team up with another builder

Chris definitely documented a great resume while being part of the Lite Brite Fam. Very talented guy.

I don't see any problem with open headers, tis music to my ears!!

Have a Great Day 👍

I see that you were able to turn that rear left shock reservoir around. Everything looks good now. Happy Trails to all at LBN.
Hope you have more 'Meet and Greet' so we can see both of you and the Step Child. Love the build and videos. Thanks for sharing.
That paint is just sick. I'll never get tired of seeing it that way
Sorry About the wait!! We're Making sure this Custom Coating is perfect. We'll be shipping them off soon!!
Looks so cool! Man! I am going to miss Chris and the technical aspects he brought to us here.
Looks great and the new location will be much better when stuffed. Still hate the countdown doing on but so happy for Chris.
Kevin, You loved starting it up with straight headers. Don't tell us any thing different. Your step child is so grown up now.
Definitely one of the baddest Jeep out their🎉🎉🎉❤️❤️🤍🤍💙💙🎊🎊🎊
the Jeep is looking FIRE!!
ADS sis pretty sick. Look forward to this thing getting wheeled!!!
Yeah! Kevin did a pretty good job on the video! 👍
The Braptor does have the best AC I've ever seen 😂😂 great video guys ❤️❤️💯🤙
You do know there is a ADS shock shop in Vegas? MCM in Vegas, they lot of testing of the shocks there.
I thought the reason for keeping the exhaust Chris made was to be able to have an exhaust on the jeep while the new one was out getting coating?
The old exhaust is just a catback, unfortunately, and we sent off the downpipes and cats as well to be coated. 😅
@@LiteBrite that makes sense now!
Might be too loud, but this open header sound is 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 :p

Great video guys.
Great job Kevin... 🙂
Great video thank you!
Generally speaking the labor costs if you help is 200%. I am curious what it is when you film lol. Somewhere between, free (advertising) and 1000%. :P

Big choutaut from sweden to Criss and his girl friend. Congratulations to beclming parents
Invest in a good set of hex wrenches (I prefer bondus). That's the nature of button head and flat head screws.
That’s neat he is using a HVAC vacuum pump and hose to get the air out. 🍻
In one of your videos, Chris mentioned that the Stepchild prefers an 1/8" toe out, why is that? Also how does it affect tire wear?
That's great for getting the snow off of the shop roof 😂. Love these videos ❤️❤️💯🤙

Can I use the sound of your engine?
As my new ringtone
It’s perfect
Looks friggin awesome 👍
great job again.
Damn Chris to bad there wasn't enough money to go around, you were so important to their success..good luck my friend

When are you guys coming to the black hills???

Yeah, sometimes it is just worth the money to have someone do the job that has expertise and all the right tools.
Love the stepchild! If you had to guys, how much money has gone into that thing? 200k?
No kidding, this is the most bad ass Jeeo I ever did see! 😮😎🤟🏻
Hmmmm, sounded like my 1981 cj5 renegade jeep with the 44inch tires... had 4 in side pipes... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I see Kevin going need Chris when he gone.
It looks like the driver front tire is going to touch the hoses. Driver side stuffed, passenger dropped out while turning left. Pick up the passenger rear tire with the forklift and test before you go wheeling.
Interesting....it's just like building RC (remote control) car shocks 🛻
Go visit american adventure labs next. Those guys are awsome.
She's beautiful brother, ❤it 😎👍
I like these “informational” videos a lot!
But… didn’t wanna ask on the Chris leaving video… any clue what you’ll be asking for the BRaptor?
Probably around $85K.
You don’t have to drill it. Use a cape wedge chisel to loosen it.
Another Good video, as usual, and now that i see the new paint job on the Almost There? Finnished StepChild,
I take back my Comment from. A few videos back when you 1st put that paint on, I guess that it just grows on ya as Now it Looks Really Sharp and Cool,My Humblest Apologies for the Earlier dis Comment ❤🇺🇸🇺🇸
Very cool
Not worried about chafing, much more worried about Kevin finding a rock to crush the fender and rip the reservoir off.
It’s never outside the realm of possibility. Lol
Are yall going to be at mob moab at end of May? Me and wife are hauling our jeep all the way from Louisiana for mob moab and hope to get to meet yall
We’re thinking about it
Just a heads up, Jefe over at Matt's off road recovery has put portals on his bronco. Say it slow motion with me now...P O R T A L S....
Man, that would be nice on the Braptor.
Portals currently do not exist for a Bronco Raptor (which is what we have) 🙂
What does ADS have for a JK? (2D) ?
Maybe I missed it, but did ya'll find a buyer for the Demon Child?
It’s been gone for months
Man not sure how I missed that. Thanks.@@bullittdog4352
Seeing all these shafts, tubes, and hoses makes me think of the other channel, OF🥲
Didn't you guys keep the old exhaust that they modeled the new exhaust after?
Yes, but it’s only a catback (so would still be missing the downpipes and cats)
18th from frozen Indiana 👊🏻💪🏻🥶🥶
Are yall doing king of the hammers 2024
Unfortunately not with everything we have going on
Why are you guys no longer running Bilstein's?
Prior video.
nice but going to miss chris and his build vids
👍
hey are you guys going to king of the hammers this year.
Y’all are F’d when Chris leaves. Hope he opens a shop. He can make the big $ building rigs
We’ll be fine. ☺️ He’ll be sorely missed, especially since he’s basically family now. But we managed great before Chris, and we’ll manage just fine without him.
What happened to the Demon Child? Did you sell it?
Are you gonna make to the hammers..
Not this year
Not getting the comments like you used to. Interesting.
Kevin, when the average buyer installs high-end shocks like this but they don't wheel their machine the way you guys do. Wouldn't they lost a lot longer than a shitty stock shock?
Yeah of course. The less abuse something has on it the longer it’ll last
Like most people I am wondering what this would cost.
Let’s say you were going to sell this jeep of yours. And you could get what you have put into it. And I realize you guys have done this then removed it, done that then removed it. But what you have into it as it sits. What would it be sold as?
probably twice as new price or more.
No clue. We have never kept a spread sheet or added it up. It would be a lot though
ADS coiled buggy when? 😬
I thought you guys just had a new exhaust system installed?Borla
We have a Magnaflow exhaust, but it’s currently getting coated by JetHot. ☺️
I don't have any sound!
👍🏽🇺🇸👍🏽
You still plan go out of the UA-cam business after your mechanic leaves why do you run full length exhaust the old hot rod days they put the muffler under your but with a peace of down pipe maybe 3 inch long that the tail pipe hope the video keep going on maybe you can team up with another builder
We never planned to stop doing UA-cam at any point. He’s just moving on, that’s it.
@@LiteBrite ok
I look forward to your video
Britney you and your husband remind me of two friends of mine but you 2 are the better version
🤣🤣🤣👌
That rig is to tall lol!
👍❤️ @Jellynation
