Boone Hall Plantation Slave Homes

Many of the original slave houses have been preserved at Boone Hall Plantation. Many of the slaves who worked on this plantation lived, died, and worshiped in these buildings. Up to 10 or more people could live in each of these small buildings and when compared to the plantation owner's mansion by comparison - it's extremely sad and upsetting.
