    This was perfect for the small window of time I had to workout today - do not let the length of time fool you though, this bish was INTENSE in the best way possible. Talk about making the most of every second you’ve got. Thanks Larie!!!

    Love this, Larie! These shorter, intense workouts are awesome - I have three young kids, and sometimes 20 mins is all I get to squeeze in. Short, but challenging! Thanks for all the hard work in putting out these workouts! 👊🏼💪🏼

    Love these 20 minutes dropset workout💚
    I usually do cardio x2 and core x1 which is very challenging and satisfying😆
    Look forward to more of these (esp BW only haha)😚

    I love your workout videos and have been working out with you for some time. But, why are your videos getting shorter and shorter. I wish you would go back to making 40-45 minutes videos.

      You could do a 20 minute workout twice. Also, sometimes I do two different shorter workouts to mix it up. Just saying.
