Different music affects everyone in uniquely different ways. This particular mix moves me to both sorrow and joy. My parents are in their 60's while I am still in my 20's and while I've learned from some of their mistakes.. I find sorrow in these times. Sorrow that my Mother lost a lung from smoking all of these years and that my Father's kidney is now failing due to his drinking all of these years. They suffer, but tell me not. Yet as I reflect I still find the Joy in all of our lives.
Crave You by Flight Facilities brings back sooo many memories for me. It's the song that introduced me to a whole new style of music, spurred my love for dubstep, and introduced me to so many new artists! Thank you so much for reminding me of where my obsession began!
The last 10 minutes of this playlist are among the best in electronic music I've had the privilege of experiencing. Absolute bliss.

Whilst a lot of people seem to be discussing or even possibly arguing whether this is whatthefuckstep or whoevencaresstep, I've been doing a bit of research. One of the pieces of dialog is the closing speech from 'The Great Dictator' spoken by Charlie Chaplin , the leading actor in the film. One of the other pieces is ' A state of nothingness' a lecture talk by Alan Watts. Both are available on UA-cam to listen to .......... Watts : If you are going to have a stae of ' is', you have to accept a state of 'isn't' as well. Quite.
The transition at 55:10 is one of the best song combinations I’ve ever heard. It works perfectly. It’s pure art.

The emotions it brings forward for me is an awaiting. Its like your on the boat leaving the dock you know your leaving behind what you know well but theres an adventure to be had. A mix of trepidation and excitement. The further you go, you know you've made the right choice. This was the journey your suppose to take While sitting looking over the railing of the boat, your home growing far away, a stranger sits next to you. You make conversation and realize they doing the same thing as you.

Ghostly Shyguy Well. Some do. The slightest change in detail of music, art, and design can make the biggest difference. Not to arbitrate what you said, but yeah. Chillstep is a little more classical/spooky. melodubstep is like. . calming.

I started off the mix with a smoke, and as soon as it kicked it I felt myself being taken out of this world into a journey into a parallel universe walking across the cornfields into a strange multi colored sunset, beginning my journey into a whole new state of mind, a new way of thinking, a whole new state of time, I was walking through a universe with time stopped, that had left me in real time, staring into what, for all I know might be the most important moment in the history of mankind.
The mixes are of consistently high quality, and have a variety of atmospheres. I like to put on one of the house-y mixes when I'm just casually working on something, and when I'm working on a deadline, I put on a drumnbass one. Works like a charm!

I wish I could live back in time... seeing everything change nowadays is much more consuming! I have always wanted to see the past, even though we're not going that way. 2011, 2012 and maybe 2009 were great days. Seeing it as of now, is not what I intend to see back then it was filled with creativity, joy and like all of the communities put together but it's spread apart and separated vastly among the world's largest cities....
