Love the tip on taking pictures in front of the Benz 😂. I always try to take pictures of couches or furniture inside instead of in the truck if possible

Hey guys just wondering since you got the new truck where do you store all your equipment now?
Not sure what you mean, but the trucks have tools boxes that are pretty big
First time ever, but today a Real Estate agent called me and was bitching at me for selling stuff instead of donating it. Tried to say she was "protecting her client" How she was protecting her client is beyond me. Secondly the customer hired me because she saw me doing a job down the street and called me. House wasn't listed when I did the job. Don't know the agent, never met her. Now, I will NEVER work with her in the future. Just an F***ing Karen. I told her she did not hire me and has nothing to do with MY customer and MY business. I work with many agents and property managers. This was a first.

Ask for their BRE number. That'll usually shut them up.
I'd never not work with anyone. I just make it worth my time.
I’m in Alberta , Canada . Up here we have RECA , the Real Estate Council of Alberta that oversees realtors and their ethics .

$50k is a hefty goal but I have no doubt you guys will make it. Mine this year is $2k a month. I usually sell cheap so it cycles quick. But extra is extra

I'm going to get into the junk business my question is when I start advertising I get more work that I can Handel I will be by myself
Never complain about getting too much work, fit people in, hire day labor when needed, offer curbside discounts whenever possible to make jobs easier, you will discover where theres a will theres a way. good luck to you
