Hi Stuart, great video, you pointed out the Collar to use with the Sony 200 to 600 Lens, I am struggling to find a clamp to fit this collar and compatible with a Manfrotto Ball Mount 484RC2, any advice on this please.

So what's the problem with this *lens and the A7r IV? There is another youtuber that seems to be getting good results that setup, but another tuber called Mark Smith says the combo doesn't work and recommends the A9? What's the go, becsuse im tossing up between A7riv and A9
we think it is only some of the earlier cameras which is what mine is so over the last year i have had a hell of a frustrating time as have others aswell for me in the end 2 Reinitializations of the camera where it resets it and also recalibrates the sensor parameters actually fixed my camera it now works a treat with the 200-600 and 100-400gm with a 2x convertor on. there was something going on with larger lenses that no one could work out. some seem to fix after that process some dont it is really odd. but the a7riv is totally fine for wildlife. if you see the sony A1 video i did the last half onwards is shots i took with the a7riv and no issues at all super sharp birds in flight. you just have to remember to have a fast enough shutter speed. 1/2500 upwards really.
@@KurtisPape no worries a friend of mine sold his original a7riv which had the issue and bought another one and there was zero issues which is one reason why we think its the earlier cameras that maybe were not set up properly at the factory or maybe a container of them were dropped which knocked the sensor out of allignment. no idea on that but glad mine actually does what it should now.
@@sjm.photos No worries, if I end up getting 1 ill have to try to find out if its new stock or a manufacture date maybe. Only thing im worried about is the large RAW file size, but I guess just dont be trigger happy and take shots wisely

i use 128gb cards i get 2006 compressed raws on there. just so you know. i rarely shoot uncompressed raws no real need
