- A very competitive, close, hard-fought game against a very strong player. Very pleased with the way that I played. An ending that I wish I could have back, but with a "normal" flag construction, I might've been doomed position-wise some time earlier in the game, so a tough trade-off to consider. Great game overall though, and I felt that I played very well. GG to winner, a deserving victor all the same.
That was an excellent game played by both sides. Fairway, you did great to fight back being down a piece and down information. Winner, there is nothing wrong with your memory. You may have made a memory error during the game but that is easy to do. To remember Fairway once (or twice) put the flag there is amazing since that is a rare flag placement for Fairway. Well done by both sides. It was very entertaining to watch and I had no idea who was going to win until Winner made a Beeline for the flag.
I agree. I think we both did well. I was happy with how I played, and while winner holds himself to a very high standard, I would also say he shouldn't be displeased.
absolutely insane game, I jsut started to play the game and this game was the best example for a very high skilled top ranked game really amazing to watch
Congrats, you should have won. As far as I remember, you have only played a front row bomb when you have two different types of structures, one is with the third row flag, the other is with a corner flag behind the bomb. When I saw the other pieces move, especially after seeing that the third row piece had not I figured that you were repeating that structure. I messaged you on discord talking about my two horrible blunders which let this happen. You for sure played better than me. Well done.
The audio is delayed compared to the visuals in this one.
I've noticed that sometimes happens (the delay)... and sometimes there's no issue. I didn't watch this one before uploading but I'll keep an eye on that. Thanks for letting me know.
I think you player better, but maybe there was a lack of technique in this ending? I'm not sure what would be best to do, this is an immortal match, especially the ending deserves to be studied.
