@@shehrozali5267 To unlock that gauntlet, you need to have killed the following bosses on the same savefile at least once: Isshin Ashina (from shura ending), Demon of Hatred and Owl Father (the one you fight in Hirata) You can check which ones you have already killed in the key item menu, they should be called Remnants or Memories. You can't do all that in one playthrough, so you'll need to go into NG+ after beating the first ending. But it all has to be on the same savefile.
