Very interesting Pete, thanks for the video. It would be great to see how it looks and feels from a customers' perspective, as that's a little tricky to grasp here. It had never occurred to me to use Active Campaign for this, though. I'm not sure how I can get it to work for my business as I tend to sell a very small number of high value projects, that usually take a long series of scoping calls which are individual to the client. But it's worth some thought. For example I've been thinking about creating an onboarding kit that gets people up to speed with working with is and helps a project start smoothly.

It looks a perfect fit for a small/er, growing business, both cost and feature set.The web developes I'm using themselves use (and therefore recommend) infusionsoft. The automation in AC looks very valuable and the learning curve/initial time investment reasonable so am leaning more towards Active Campaign. Anybody have any experience of both and can shed some light?

Active campaign is probably the worst platform I have ever come across. I am astounded that anyone would recommend their platform
