Nice video Sir, I have Godox P90L and P120L I use with AD600pro and its gives me beautiful images, I dont see myself spending big coin on this reflectors, but its only my opinion as every photographer is different.
you are right the price are insane and the result are really not worth it, just like you i have used p120l for 2 years in my studio i now work with elinchrom litemotiv and rotalux which are a much better investment and a REAL upgrade to godox softboxes
In my opinion they are a waste of money far to expensive and you can achive the same result with far cheaper modifiers. tell me that you can tell the difference and if you can, without seeing the catch lights in the eyes
i have never understood the hype for these modifier and the price are insane its better to get an elinchrome litemotiv or rotalux at this price point and these if taken care can last a lifetime

The show performance of the Godox is really disappoinng when compared to Broncolor or Parabolix reflectors. To me it is not worth the money. Concering your "suggestion for improvement": (1) I dislike the way the refeflector is setup. And having to use these tools is risky (what do I do if these tools are lost during the shoot? And I cannot break it down and cannot transport it in my car. (2) A LED modelling lamp is almost useless when used with a parabolic reflector. You habe to use a onmidirctional modelling light (e.g. a bulb).
yeah, just watched the comparison between and Godox VS parabolix VS bron and the godox is very disappointing despite looking so similar to the Broncolor Para. Really surprised me.
Hello Jared/Andreas... Thank you for your comments. I am sure you will agree Godox always has been making lights and accessories in the 'affordable' range. And they have done an excellent job of that. Comparing it with Bron, which is the Rolls Roice among lighting brands and also expecting Godox to match up to a product which is 5 times more expensive, I think, is a bit unfair. Comparing Bron to a Briese will be more appropriate. 👍
@@PIXELVIILAGE No, that is not unfair. If a reflector is claimed to parabolic, and it is not, that is disappointing at least. If you strict, you also can call it a fraud. And remeber: though Bron and Briese are more costly, the Parabolix is quite more affordable than the Godoox "parabolic" reflector. And the light quality is fantastic.
@@andreasstolten9179Of course you have the right to your point of view. But my humble opinion is 'all Parabolic Reflectors should deliver same quality irrespective of the price range because they are called Parabolic' is probably not apt! It's like comparing a Honda to a Rolls Royce just because both are cars! Bron is Handmade in Switzerland and Godox is machine-made in China! 😀 Both have their advantages and disadvantages. I have not tried the Parabolix yet. And like you said, it may be better than Godox. And why can't it be! 👍

I'm here to learn English and thanks 😍
Im guessing that the Broncolor interior surface material has something to do with the quality we are not seing with the Godox.
It’s not just the interior material, on every department including price, Broncolor Para is in another league altogether.

Low ceilings throwing light back?
Possible. Because of that reason, I painted the ceiling black.

These Godox parabolics are such a disappointment. Not even close to Broncolor. Parabolix is a much closer match to the Broncolors
