Gallagher is suuuch a good unit, he feels like an F2P Loucha in some ways lmao. Also, i'm fairly new, sooo it's not like Genshin where u can just level your supports to 80 instead of 90? In HSR, it's better to level everyone max, right?

For new player not really .. around 70 ish lvl support is enough .. still have some my character 70/80 and I use them moc even tho I play the game 2 week or 1 week after release .. I forgot

Sparkle Instead of ruan on top and Kafka ruan mei instead of sparkle gala down would probably be able to 0 cycle both sides but with some extra speedtuning needed
