The whole comic was quite unconventional for a Godzilla story, and coming up with a good ending must have been really tricky to do. I'm still amazed that they pulled it off in such a poetic manner.
Couldn’t agree more! This could have been nothing more than the a-typical slug fest but we got a Buddhism lesson that very on brand with the story. So, not only I found a video that acknowledges how little representation Godzilla comics get in discussions, but I also found the very first comic-book One Monstrous Moment? Hell yeah! (Pun potentially intented.)
I'm not even a Godzilla fan especially but this comic looks amazing. Fantastic art style, and a poignant story that rewards those who are eager to think about the subtext of the piece.
