Old Spanish Graveyard Turned Public Park - Paco Park + Manila Churches 🇵🇭🇵🇭

Paco Park is a public park located in Manila, Philippines. The park is built on the site of a Spanish cemetery, which was established in 1820. The cemetery was used during the Spanish colonial period and was the final resting place for many notable Spaniards. The cemetery was closed in 1822 and the bodies were exhumed and transferred to a new cemetery. In 1873, the cemetery was converted into a public park. The park is now a popular tourist destination.
