Sir, I think this is your 1st. Video on the importance of heart in our body. I have recently started viewing your videos and planed to view those systematically having proper notes thereof. Videos so far viewd, all are on the tremendous powwer of our minds. sir great knowledge on heart consciouness. apki video dekhkar lagta hai ap hi sabke dil me uter rahe hain. mere toh poori tarahe se utar gaye hain jis scientific way aur clarity ke sath ap bolte hain amazing. mujhe 20 sal se depression hain. ab bahut jyada exite ho jara hu depression mai. bahut acha lag raha hai videos dekhkar. ander se san khatam ho raha tha. pl ek video banayen ki jab koi dhoka kare apne hi dil ka rajdar dil dukhaye aur chhode bhi nahi toh kese bahar niklain 🙏🙏
