hey! i go to her uni and in my opinion, it wasn’t hard to get into Royal Holloway because they give you a lot of exceptions like lower grade boundaries if you have certain circumstances. There are better unis to travel abroad for? but it’s pretty and there are good services but that’s all. That’s my opinion as someone who commutes. it must be more fun if you live there :)
I just applied through ucas so i'm not sure how you would apply if you're outside of the uk but entry requirements for courses at RHUL can be found online :)
hello is it easy to get a part-time job on campus? and if so, are they considerate about lesson timetables etc? also, would you say there's a few mature students in the first year, aged about 20-22? thanks :)
i think it was around april/may time when i applied for my accommodations, the date should be online somewhere or you can sign up for notifications to your email :)
my contract is 38 weeks so i can stay from when i move in until the contract finishes and leave my stuff there, i’m pretty sure on the uni website each accommodation shows their length that you can stay and specifies if you need to vacate them at any point if you wanted more information 🫶🏻x
thank you! i would say the uni is quite diverse, i've met quite a few international students and people from across the uk, in the future i would like to go into interview journalism for film!
there's lots of international students here with english not being their first language so i assume there is support for those students, also currently all lectures are recorded and uploaded online which may make it easier if you need to go over things again to help understand them :) i hope this is helpful!
found out my accommodation today and this vid is soo helpful!
I want to apply for the theatre course here! It’s my dream uni 🥺
Also in Runnymede 2 this year!
can’t believe you hit 2k! well done!!
could you make a video explaining how hard it was to get into uni? and would you recommend it for a student wanting to travel abroad for college?
