This is a classic bit of science fiction writing from the Victorian era, with some thrilling passages and scary descriptions. It’s one of my favourite books of all time and I hope you enjoy it too and learn some English from it.

    I enjoyed the story despite I don´t like science fiction. I must watch the video again and take a pencil and write the new vocabulary with a sentence.... There are lots of words I never heard bevor.

    I'm very glad you've chosen that particular author to read - I've got one of his books and as sci-fi is not my ultimate genre I couldn't make myself read "The time machine". Now I've got to know a bit of his style and possibly it may encourage me to reach for it. Thanks again for your work! :)

    Gerbert Wells was most liked writer of mine in my childhood. It were the 60th in Siberia.
    Collected works of Gerbert Wells in15 vollums are on the shelves of my library It's naturally in Russian translation
