The event which is shown in this video is a Eastern Tharu culture called DEKHASUNI .
Before wedding ceremony the relatives ,friends and nearer one visit to the bride home to she her.In this event the bride come to them wearing our cultural dresses and ornaments like achara khadki,thoka paat, jhalar,kanbajha, kalawsi,panja,dadkas,etc.
In this event the way she were the achara is quite different as we do were normally.We make khuchha by folding achara in front and tail at the back so called Puchha.But in Dekhasuni we do not make puchha and khuchha as shown in the video .There are lots of cultural value in our tharu community,so we need to protect them.
