Sir, X sold a TV to Y but agrees to deliver the TV on a later date, meanwhile he sells the same to Z at a higher price without informing Y about this despite Y had already paid the price. Now what action Y can take? Would Y be able to recover the goods from Z or get the price back from X?
Ownership has been transferred and so rights too.. so right to sell the goods now comes with Y..
