im having a hard time trying to get the long slats to sit on top of the pieces in part 6....
I’ve been at this for an hour and still can’t put it together,I’m convienced Wayfair sold me a dresser with the wholes in the wrong area bc there’s no way…
Same! So many of my pieces had holes in the wrong spots 🤬 and didn’t line up!

Why are there plastic pieces as opposed to metal? I've read reviews and the plastic is very cheap and falls apart easily. Can the plastic be traded for metal pieces? I can't see plastic lasting too long on a dresser that needs to be opened daily.
Hey there! They use plastic over metal because it’s cheaper. And yes, you can switch out the plastic handles for another handle of your choice. I think the plastic handles can be long lasting, but you may need to tighten the screws every so often so that they are not wobbly. Daily usage can definitely loosen the handles overtime.
@@Prime_Spaces Thanks so much for your reply!. I've also seen a few comments from people leaving reviews about the drawers not closing or being wonky. How would you correct that? I love the look but its gotten several bad reviews
My top does not align with the sides
The same thing happened to me. The middle top part was not aligned, so I just left it out and dide the 2 sides for the top
My nephew fixed it for try turning it around
