How to get funny number on (Blending Simulator 2)

For RNG parts, you need certain of number on the last 2 number
if you're going 696 then you need number 96, 71, 46.
If you're going 969 then you need number 69, 44, 19.
Basically Bingo moment (RNG, luck, Gacha, whatever you want to call it)
I'm planning to get all 69's after getting Galactical Hoarder
(not going tell which 69's)
I'm using Alan Walker music because... too much speed up music version.. The sounds is pretty unsatisfying to hear. Sounds like chipmunk having seizure (joke)
