I’d like to thank you both for deciding to show an hour long video full of the travel day experience. I love stuff like this. Thank you guys! Safe travels. Peace and love.
Lovely vlog, unlucky you two had the 787-9 flight with the older Business seats instead of the later flight on the 777-300ER with the Club Suites, much more modern.
Ah yes very true… BUT, since this was the first leg of the journey and the second half (Singapore to Sydney) was also business 👀 well, we got to do that journey in the 778-300ER 😍 coming after our Singapore mini-series!
I live in Sydney and I found your channel whilst researching my first trip to Melbourne. After watching your Melbourne vlog, I’m now enjoying your other content. I love how well you show and explain everything.
Another fun episode from the two of you...I have to chuckle when watching you guys describe the food you are tucking into...you clearly luv your grub and it's great to see people appreciating what they are eating, never taking food for granted. Looking forward to your Singapore episode and sharing the warmth with you😊
It was so delicious - we were both surprised how spot on the meals were! 😍 Singapore episodes coming sooooon! (Well, 1 week from this one hopefully heh) 🤗
I’ve watched this over and over again because I’m going on this exact same flight in July and I’m so excited. Even though people say the seats are bad they are still lye flat beds and are super comfy. It’s my first time and also there is so much space
I used to fly business class once a year to visit my parents in Australia travelling from the UK and believe me 26 hours of travelling without a moment's sleep, like what happens when you fly economy class (also known as cattle class, serf class, strap to the wing class, peasant class, slave class etc etc) is pure hell. I just can't sleep a wink sitting up. The leg room is non-existent and your knees do not like it. Then, once I made enough money (just) to afford one business class flight a year I flew a bunch of different airlines, which travelled from Manchester to Melbourne and I also loved the brief break in between when you got the chance to have a shower in the business lounges, just fabulous. They also gave you Champagne right at the start when you got to your seat, you had nice hot towels, some snacks, so much leg room you could stretch out completely and a seat that wasn't squashing you. You could also stretch out and sleep with a real pillow and blanket, just sheer luxury as they say in that famous Monty Python sketch. If I had enough money I would always fly this way. You actually feel like a human being and feel looked after which is great. I also found out that when a large airliners such as an A380 flies long distance its actual profits come from the business class and first class passengers, they make nothing from the economy passengers. The cost of petrol alone on such flights is $100 000's of dollars.
Oh wow! You’re right, it really changes the whole experience and makes it not only enjoyable but so so so much more comfortable! We will struggle to go back to economy class because we’ve had a taste of the good stuff now haha!
Lovely to see you both again. I stopped watching travel videos for bit when I realized I couldn't go to Thailand this year. It was too painful to watch any travel vlogs. Re the champagne, I made the mistake of having some on a flight to Paris and had the worst flight of my life. No more bubbly drinks for me on overnight flights. What a nice treat to travel in business. You've earned it. Have fun!
Not quite the new Club Suites that BA has now rolled out in some of its newer aircrafts. It's such a pain to climb over your neighbour in Club World so I always choose seat 16K if the aircraft is Boeing 777 so you don't have to climb over someone. Their new 787's and A350's have the new Club Suites with doors.
Haha you’re right! We didn’t realise the climbing was a thing until all beds were down and I thought “I’m stuck!?” Luckily I could climb over without disturbing even with my shorter legs but it was a bit of an odd set up!
BA has a bit of a weird situation. They actually have most of the older 777-200ERs now configured with the new product while the 787’s other than the very newest deliveries have the old products
I've really enjoyed your travels in Elton, but I'm so excited to see you back in Asia!!! Loved living vicariously through your day of travel...great episode!!
Did I miss the bit about getting in and out of that middle seat? I take it you have to step over the legs of whoever is in the forward facing seat in the next row. It's the seat to pick if you prefer disturbing to being disturbed, clearly.
Hehe we didn’t get to film that part because it was “middle of the night” and one of us was asleep for most of the time hehe! 🥹 But basically you’re right, you have to CLIMB over the person that’s to the side. Unfortunately it’s not the legs of the person next to you - so I couldn’t climb over Dylan’s. It’s the legs of the person just “in front” 😅 I have short legs but somehow managed to climb over without touching him and he could continue sleeping. With all the beds in sleep mode it does make the lay out a bit more weird to manoeuvre around 😅
£45 a night for that location and size of bedroom is a terrific deal. That area is filled with local treasures from the old shophouse architecture to the ethnically diverse range of cuisines and fashions.
For long haul flights, i usually look what meals are going to be served before i go on my trip. sometimes for economy, you can pay a bit extra for special meal. This depends on the carrier of course. For example, ANA flights out of Japan in economy you can purchase a better meal instead of the regular which ive done
Wow! This business flight looked so much better than my last flight from Paris to Singapore in economy on Air France. I can't believe you had me hanging on for 58 minutes! One thing you didn't say, though, is how much you have to pay, each year for the two American Express and for the British Airways credit card.
Yes of course! We pay £250 for the BA card and £675 for the platinum card. But the benefits far outweigh the costs for us on lounge passes alone! Then add in 3 months travel insurance (after 3 months away from the UK we use safetywing). Happy to answer any questions 😃
I can't believe i haven't seen any of your viedeos before. We lived in the far east for a few years and it was definitely the most amazing and wonderful time. 17 yrs old the first time and then 23 a few years later with my partner and stayed for a year with a visit to macau in between to extend the right to remain, good old British overseas terriotories. Haven't been to Singapore yet, but my dad lived there in the 1950's and my older sister was there last year, and our niece is there every couple of months (she flies 1st though LOL, how the other half live!!!)
You really must visit Singapore! We absolutely love it, it’s so organised, welcoming and wow the FOOD! 😍 Flying first class looks like such a dream 👀👀😍

Just a warning, AMEX isnt widley accepted/used in Oz, the charges are too high.. Australia is huge, it takes around 7 hours to fly from Sydney in the east to Perth in the West. You will have a ball..
Hi Guys love the Vlog, we want to do the same trip later this year (our daughter has moved to AUS!) have the voucher, the points and are pretty flexible on dates, we just have no idea how to do this booking, any chance of a little more detail :)
Hey guys! That sounds awesome 😍 I’ll try my best to help. So I assume you have the companion voucher from the premium British airways card? The normal BA card can only get economy flights. You need to first join up your BA card to Amex which you probably have already done? If not, just do it in your Amex app, or message them on live chat. Once you done that go to the BA website and go to reward flight finder and there should be an option to tick a box that says use companion voucher. Click that then search Heathrow to Sydney, there should be a pop up asking if you want to have a layover in Singapore, say yes, then find flights you like 😃. Hopefully that works for you! ☺️
Wait Adriana is a pescatarian?! I never knew! Also love and relate to the pre-flight anxiety. Nothing is better than getting on the jetway! “Everything is fine.”
Yes!! 😍 I just chose not to eat seafood most of the time - but as a Swede it’s impossible to turn down smoked salmon 😂😍 Haha it’s like once you get in the jetway all the worries fade away!!
I'm planning to use Grab on my first trip to Singapore in 10 days. Despite the mix up it's still nice to see they have some pretty stellar real-time customer service!
Absolutely loved the detailed insight into your journey, especially the business class experience! It's always thrilling to see the luxurious aspects of flying. Your enthusiasm for the in-flight meals and the overall comfort of the seats really shines through. Grateful for your wonderful sharing.✨
I totally had the beef or chicken question on my last flight last week and the flight attendant didn’t know more than that. Since I eat both what the dish was would definitely impact on my decision. I agree with you. It is weird.
I flew return to Nashville in Business and in these seats. Enjoyed it, and the flat sleep. Weird that people werevlimbing over my legs though. Just one treat, can’t afford it normally, and no business is going to pay for it. Unless I win the lottery. Have a great trip.
Fantastic video. Really enjoyed it. You are an adorable couple. I thought you were both Southern Irish but Swedish and Welsh, didn’t pick up on those accents! The business class seats must have been a wonderful experience, way to go! Have subscribed to your channel
Great video, what a lovely couple, it was so nice seeing you’re excitement at every new experience 😊 and all of this is really making me want to book up and go flying again as soon as possible! Can you tell me what room number you had ion the Heathrow Courtyard please? The view was amazing!
Thanks so much!! We absolutely loved it! 😍 It was called “jr suite” 😍 but they also have some rooms that have airport view that are much more affordable!
Thanks 😊 We’ve stayed in the hotel before but have looked out on to probably the opposite side of the building, it’s great to see the view that is available and hopefully a room on the side you guys stay on is available next time we stay 😊
I have read on American Express terms and conditions that a person can only take advantage of one bonus point offer in a lifetime. Is this not true? Or were just able to beat the system?
I once had a BA business class flight. Just a short one, Malaga to Gatwick. It was August, and I was looking for a cheap flight, one way, one person. All the flights, when looking for severall days, were 200€ plus from the cheap airlines. Finally I found one for 80€. It was BA. I thought I can't go wrong with that. Then I realised it was business class. It certainly beat Ryanair! While watching you eating, I enjoyed ham and eggs. But my jealousy was moderated by enjoying a nice French Merlot red wine that I bought while driving through France last year.
Oh wow no way! That is an amazing deal! You must have been so pleased when you realised it was business 😍 Hehe, ham and eggs with a REAL French imported wine, well that’s a solid set up! 🍷 cheers!
Vilken fantastiskt lyxig flight och det ända till Singapore! Maten såg supergod ut och ni sov gott - vad mer kan man önska? Jättemysigt att följa er på vägen. Tack! Det 🥰🥰
I really enjoy your video !!! You guys are so enthusiastic and really make me smile and feel like I am with you guys !!!! Love your energy and smiles !!!!!
Hi guys. Business Class how sweet! I fly to Bangkok every year and my dream is to someday have enough points to upgrade to business class and actually get some sleep on the plane and be comfortable for those 13 hours. I would be just as excited as you were.
Watching this as someone who in the past 5 or so years (not including Covid Time) started to frequently fly business long haul (mostly cash fares until now as I could always find cheap deals if I positioned to Oslo, Amsterdam, Stockholm or Gothenburg), I realise how much I now take for grated on my long haul flights. Your excitement is infectious here and I'm going to try my best to re-create that on my flight back to Oslo (via Abu Dhabi's new airport and Amsterdam's...erm...airport (I can find no positive words for that airport) ) from Bangkok on Etihad's 787-10. This will be the weekend after New Year's. And I'm panicking that I have no business class booked (or any leisure flights at all) for next year. I must rectify that. Probably means Colombia as it seems to have the cheapest business fares longhaul right now with AF/KLM or Lufthansa. My flights for this trip to Bangkok in mid-December were mostly for sleeping, so with the next one being daytime (departing BKK 8.20am, landing in Oslo at 10pm), I will do my best to really enjoy the experience. You've totally given me the travel excitement back! Etihad has Dine on Demand too, so you can order whenever you want. I woke up 1hr earlier than planned on the flight AMS-AUH on the way here, and just used the call bell to ask the crew if they could bring me breakfast and most importantly a double espresso earlier than I had scheduled. I was served within 10 mins, and by the time everyone else was waking up and having their breakfasts, I was able to use the bathroom for morning routine like brushing teeth, changing out of pyjamas. Etihad don't provide those, (and the fact I am even saying that shows how not normal I have become about Business Class) unlike EVA which has amazing pyjamas that can even be used as leisurewear at home or on flights in general - needless to say I wore my EVA pyjamas on my trip here to BKK this trip and got changed to a cooler outfit than the warm weather outfit I had in Oslo for landing already in Abu Dhabi. For my EVA flight in Summer I flew on a mileage redemption with Avianca's Lifemiles (which were running out post-Covid,) for the EVA flights in Summer again originating in Oslo (even for the award flight) and returning to Madrid. Total taxes on that flight were about 150USD plus 156,000 miles return I think - which because of a pre-Covid Colombia trip and spending I think cost 600Eur extra on Lifemiles I got, basically 125000 miles for 600Eur + the 31,000 I already had with Lifemiles from Columbia trip. Very glad to hear you got to experience Singapore's 777-300 (I think that's the one you're referring to, rather than the 787 dreamliner) for the second leg, as I imagine for the hard product at least it was incredible. Lovely to see you back travelling and looking forward to more videos.
So good guys love you two, Singapore high on my bucket list but I don’t know what I’m more excited to see SIN or Changi airport lol 😂. Dylan what a human being high five another AV Geek ✈️😂. 👍👍
Love this video Adriana & Dylan ❤ My husband and I have never been on British Air’s business class before but we flew with Singapore Airlines business class from San Francisco to Singapore 17 hours long😱 I totally get what Dylan was saying about getting your money’s worth…when we were at the airport lounge, we drank like there was never going to be a tomorrow 😂😂😂 We cannot wait to watch your Australian adventures 😊
Yes in economy ialways ask what it comes with. One time she asked I think chicken or pasta, so I was like what's in the pasta? She was like mushrooms, and I hate mushrooms so I opted for the chicken. But I think sometimes then genuinely don't know because other times we've asked they either say I don't know or they go look at other people who have opened there's so they can tell me what's in it haha
I am so glad you shared the points breakdown and other things, I'm always wondering how people are getting these points so high without spending 50k lol but I get it, I have chase travel card but their travel options and customer service is terrible so we thought about switching. We're always iffy about American Express since a lot of places don't accept it for some reason. But it seems like yall don't have an issue with using it!
@2Passports1Dream that makes sense! I've heard really good things about Amex a friend of ours had chase was tired of their custimer service and he switched to Amex and inky has good things to say!
It may be similar to what you would call a biscuit, although we’ve never had one of those! It’s a quintessential British tea time treat made with leavened barley flour or oatmeal that is rolled into a round shape and cut into quarters before baking, traditionally on a griddle. Usually it’s topped with clotted cream (super sweet and almost buttery thick dairy cream) and jam!
@@2Passports1Dream you should come to the States and try good southern food, especially biscuits and sausage gravy. The food in the States is quiet vass in flavors and varieties, and differ from region to region like most countries.

Loved watching your travels you never are boring always good information. Look forward to the next one.
Thank you so much! 😍 Can’t wait to post the next one, it’s a super fun one!
Absolutely loved the detailed insight into your journey, especially the business class experience! It's always thrilling to see the luxurious aspects of flying. Your enthusiasm for the in-flight meals and the overall comfort of the seats really shines through. Grateful for your wonderful sharing.✨
Thank you so much 😍❤️
Woohoo have been waiting for you guys to post again 🎉
Thank you 🙏🏼
I totally had the beef or chicken question on my last flight last week and the flight attendant didn’t know more than that. Since I eat both what the dish was would definitely impact on my decision. I agree with you. It is weird.
Right?! It just doesn’t make any sense!! 😂
I flew return to Nashville in Business and in these seats. Enjoyed it, and the flat sleep. Weird that people werevlimbing over my legs though. Just one treat, can’t afford it normally, and no business is going to pay for it. Unless I win the lottery. Have a great trip.
So it was the companion voucher plus £400 plus 190k points? I wonder how much it would be just with points…. For one passenger
It was companion voucher + £450 per person. If you used the voucher for one person it would be 95k points and £450! Hope that helps
Captivating is a word we should use more often. New sub just for that 🙂
😍 thank you!!
Fantastic video. Really enjoyed it. You are an adorable couple. I thought you were both Southern Irish but Swedish and Welsh, didn’t pick up on those accents! The business class seats must have been a wonderful experience, way to go! Have subscribed to your channel
Thank you so much!! Hehe we do get that a lot 👀 not sure how! Mystery accents 😂 it was suuuuch a wonderful experience!
Glad you found the B lounge - very much better than anything at A
Great video, what a lovely couple, it was so nice seeing you’re excitement at every new experience 😊 and all of this is really making me want to book up and go flying again as soon as possible!
Cream before jam, you’re my kind of people. Great content too.
Hahaha yessss 😍 thank you!
I have read on American Express terms and conditions that a person can only take advantage of one bonus point offer in a lifetime. Is this not true? Or were just able to beat the system?
It depends on the card, and you need to space the offers out. Cant' remember exactly, but it may be one per year?
🍷 cheers!
Support for your work, you are such nice people. But the seating arrangement in the business cabin is so strange without any privacy.
It is quite strange, we didn’t know this before we booked 😂
As someone that uses Grab pretty often in SG, ngl , the Grab situation was pretty hilarious. I chuckled 😂
Haha it really took us by surprise 😂
Amazing in depth video!
Yay! So glad you liked it!! ❤️
Have a safe trip! I just flew from Vancouver to Tokyo to Bangkok last week.
Wohoooo! That sound so nice 😍✨
This is amazing, you guys rock. I’m sure you’ve been asked a million times but how do you find your lifestyle?
Dylan h has worked on a marketing business for the past 5 years, and the UA-cam pays, of course. So every little helps 😄
Nice to see you wearing your glasses again. You rock them!
Thank you!! 😍🥹
I really enjoy your video !!! You guys are so enthusiastic and really make me smile and feel like I am with you guys !!!! Love your energy and smiles !!!!!
Thank you so much!! 😍😍
I had the same, I was like with what more. And then, which one has more vegetables, the chicken or the beeeeeef
Hi guys. Business Class how sweet! I fly to Bangkok every year and my dream is to someday have enough points to upgrade to business class and actually get some sleep on the plane and be comfortable for those 13 hours. I would be just as excited as you were.
Ah it was such a cool experience 😍😍
Have the best time away. The flight looked so cool
Thank you ❤️
👍 Great video! Always enjoy your adventures!
Thank you so much ❤️❤️
Hope you can fit in a meet up whilst in sydney...
You know that you can always just ask for an upgrade? I started doing it a few years ago and it works 1/2 the time ;)
No way!! 😍 we will defo have to try that!
Hour long video with Dylan and Adrianna. Yes please 🙏🏼
Hehe woop woop ❤️❤️❤️
Everything is fine. The passports are fine, the tickets are fine....and then you scream: "Kevin!!!" LOL. Merry Christmas!!!
HAHAHAHAH! 😂😂🎄 merry Christmas!!
So good guys love you two, Singapore high on my bucket list but I don’t know what I’m more excited to see SIN or Changi airport lol 😂. Dylan what a human being high five another AV Geek ✈️😂. 👍👍
Hahahaha so true!! It’s all too good 😍
Love your vids. How about doing a vlog on cruise ship ?
We REALLY want to do that! It’s all about finding the right route cause it’ll be our first ever time cruising for real 🥹
I love the Swedish welsh accent! Best of both!
Hehe thank you! 😊
HHahaha “like there wasn’t going to be a tomorrow” 😂 has us going 😂🕺🏻 sounds brilliant! Can’t wait to share our Australian series 😍
I had to double take the length of the video… AND THEN GOT SO EXCITED 😆❤
Wohoo 😍❤️ hope you enjoyed it!
Thank you for sharing one of your amazing flights for you both yet 👍
Thank you thank you!! So glad you enjoyed it 😍
@@2Passports1Dream It’s the next chapter I’m looking forwards to in sunny Australia 👍
Haha glad to hear we aren’t the only ones!
The stranger jumping onto your Grab was hilarious 😂 She's safe here in Singapore but definitely a dumb way to die if you were in the wrong country
Lucky it was in Singapore ey?! 😅
You mean used the skiplagging layover hack?😅
No we didn’t skip the second flight, it was just booked for later!
Tbh you get used to figuring out where takes Amex and where doesn’t. Most small businesses don’t, most online and big businesses do.
@2Passports1Dream that makes sense! I've heard really good things about Amex a friend of ours had chase was tired of their custimer service and he switched to Amex and inky has good things to say!
you had a Biscuit, what exactly is a scone?
It may be similar to what you would call a biscuit, although we’ve never had one of those! It’s a quintessential British tea time treat made with leavened barley flour or oatmeal that is rolled into a round shape and cut into quarters before baking, traditionally on a griddle. Usually it’s topped with clotted cream (super sweet and almost buttery thick dairy cream) and jam!
@@2Passports1Dream you should come to the States and try good southern food, especially biscuits and sausage gravy. The food in the States is quiet vass in flavors and varieties, and differ from region to region like most countries.
HOW does she access the aisle?
When the chairs aren’t made into beds I have a little side isle to walk past to get to the main isle… but when the chairs are beds, I have to climb over someone haha!

WOW! Double WOW for Business Class! Terrible seats BA!
Merry Christmas from Florida!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!! 🎄🤗
you guys are so neat..even the shoes are nicely placed by the door
Hehe thank you! We try 😊
What type of aircraft?
This was a 787-9 🤗
Honeydew melon is my favorite! But yes that fruit was eh
Dylan the last time I travelled on an aeroplane I cannot remember if they asked me beef or chicken it was that long ago I think over thirty years ago
Wow I could spend a week in the airport hotel, I love to watch airplanes!!
Same!! 😍 the perfect location for it!
Hello! I noticed in your video that you have watched some great movies. I was surprised that your house does not have a garage, but your van is still incredible! You also mentioned that Yummy had its meal on the airplane at the airport, and the seats were very comfortable. It must have been a luxurious experience that I have not had the chance to enjoy yet.
We loved our van so much 😍 (still do, he’s parked up safe and waiting for us!)
We hope you’re able to enjoy it one day, too! 🤗
It’s bigger than an apartment wow you lucky sods ❤
Haha isn’t it just sooo fancy hehe
@@2Passports1Dream Yes but Adriana is petite and your not that tall me I’m six feet four inches tall now there’s a difference 👍
If you love watching the plain you should watch BigJet TV Jerry does a show from that hotel enjoying your the show though 👍👍
First time seeing Dylan without mustache. 😄… Yeah, I’m watching this on Nov 2024 after the China edition 😂❤
Heheh! He's shaved it now so the next new video will be without!!
It’s just as well your good at finding the best prices 😊
I think I replied to another comment. I’m old but you’re the new Kara and Nate who I love!
Hello! 😍 Thank you so much!! So happy to have you on board travelling with us virtually! ❤️
Do you know who I speak of?
Yes!! They’re so good at what they do and we are super happy about being put in the same bracket hehe 😍
In this day and age, what airline (other than BA) on earth charges Business Class passengers a fee to reserve a certain seat? Outrageous!
We agree!! Unfortunately they’re all trying to get a few more bucks
Pro tip - Next time don't go to the south lounge! Use north, or even better the B lounge.
And I see that you did and you agree. I guess I should watch the full video before commenting!
Hehehe we found out too late but still got some enjoyment out of B lounge 😍 definitely the one to recommend! Thank you 🙏🏼
Oh you two cuties!! Every time I watch you, I can't stop smiling! So excited you're coming to Australia! Any plans to come to Bris Vegas (aka Brisbane)?
Hehe thank you! ❤️😍 not this time unfortunately but we WILL be back! 🤗
I hope Sydney was nice, l am in Victoria Australia, we have had really hot weather, Sydney weather is usually mixed, anyway Merry Christmas and safe travels
It was incredible!!! We cannot wait to share the vlogs after our mini series in singapore 😍❤️ we had a monster storm and THEN… straight sunshine!
I don't know why, but I've been laughing so much with you in this video! You guys have been so funny :-)
Hehe amazing! So happy you enjoyed it! We had a blast 😍
Come to aceh Indonesia bro. Sabang island ❤
