Hello Danica, maybe you work away from London ...but why not try some agency/private work ? Outside StThomas' in London during the strikes there were plenty of nurses on the picket line but few, if any, were Filipinos. Maybe they had seized the opportunity to do agency work !
Same salary here in Brunei..pro dto kasi walang kaltas, buo ang sahud makukuha at free ang hospital.
US may pay more but take into the account the lack of sick leave, lack of maternity leave, cost of living, cost of health insurance. Etc

US is not an option, healthcare industry has gone on its worst, try france or sweden, i heard they treat their health providers better.
