I know this vid 2 yrs old but in case new visitor come and see this. The tape down on this set is not great. Especially the left eye. Also her eyes are open. You should use your lash mirror to check under the eye and make sure her lids are completely closed. Fluttery lids or not. The eye should be closed.
I think her eyes are fluttering because that tape down is uncomfortable. The tape is too far up in the inner corners.
