Great episode, really refreshing to see Carla's approach to Self brand and personality and how that influences not only the work and output but also how it attracts the right clients for her. The 'not for everyone' bio is intriguing, setting out from the start and has a kinda authoritative 'I know who I am' that I really like., exudes real confidence. A very insightful talk, straight talking and defo got me questioning am I being my true self with clients and if leant more into it would it help me align better with the work I wanna get approached for.
