I'm like Rebel at the bins,I'm super focused and not trying to be rude to people around me by not talking much. It's just all about getting what you can and making sure it's in good shape and the quality we need. Thanks for the new videos.😊
I've only been to one bins in SoCal but it didn't have a third of what was in those bins. I haven't been back but I think I'll give it another try. We have estate sales year round so that is usually where I go to get inventory. Thank you for the bins video!
I used to go to the Asheville bins every few months but heard from many people that they never find anything there anymore. I'm enjoying going to bins across the south and west while traveling. Some are not so great and some are really good! I probably won't go back to Asheville anytime soon. See you soon, I'm sure I will run into you at an estate sale or a church sale!
We are trying to be more particular about what we buy this year. We will still sell a lot of bread and butter items but would like to be on the higher end of that range over time. -Robert
Occasionally (like right at the beginning of the bins portion in this video, right after Elmo) you pick up and pitch back an item so quickly it makes me laugh. It's as if you're thinking "Oh gosh, NO!" 😄
Probably in the last 10 years or so I really started focusing on plush and figuring out what brands I like and those that sell well for me. Since I started doing this channel though I've really paid more attention to comps for what I'm picking up. Also, doing the brand review videos has helped me learn more things to look for when sourcing. I'm always learning too.
We're trying to add more of that in our voice over for items we remember why we put it back. And we'll be talking about the items while we have it in our hands if possible in future videos. Thanks for watching!
Can you show us how much it costs for a cart full of plush. We enjoyed watching, maybe talk just a bit louder and maybe why you didn’t pick certain things! Thanks for showing us.
We paid $104.71 for our two carts in this video. We definitely need to talk louder and will be doing so in future videos that we record, along with adding more commentary along the way.
Easter falls on my birthday this year. My mother told me when i was born Easter was the day before. I was 1 day away from being an Easter bunny or an April Fools baby. I lean more towards Aprils fool.
No, we don't wear gloves. Sometimes things at the bins are wet and we need to be able to feel that when we touch an item. If we didn't realize something was wet, it would go into our large bags to be stored until we are able to process and list the item. Sometimes that takes several weeks and one wet thing could ruin an entire bag of items with mold.

We plan to do some traveling and sourcing as we go in the next few years. Looking forward to seeing you again.
Thanks 2R! I am actually surprised at how many items you don’t purchase there!!! There are a lot that you aren’t interested in

It was a contemporary pony surprise and someone had already checked and there were no babies. LOL!
I'm loving these videos Nice Job picking!
Thanks for watching! Glad you like them.
This makes me want to go to the bins! Ours seems to be 90% clothes and shoes though so not as much fun!
It's tough for us when there isn't much besides clothes.
Love watching these videos ❤
I am LOVING the POV thrifting videos!
Glad you're enjoying them. Thanks for watching!
Noticed because I sold and shipped one this morning. That little cow print pc of plastic rubber is mr potato head Toy Story Woody. 11:51
Great video. I know you've been reselling for years, but how long did it take you to familiarize yourself with what to pull at the bins?

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the plush you DON'T pick up, like too dirty, those don't sell, etc OOPS you did on some! I commented too soon ;)

It's always good to be a jokester. :)

Hi Amy!
Totally enjoying watching the picking videos at the bins! Especially like when Rebel sorts through Robert's cart!
It's a good thing I have thick skin or her throwing most of it back might sting a little. lol Thanks for watching!
