- In this video the fiat finally starts again! This time Damon went with a Td04 turbo from TMC motorsports. As of rite now the cars running on the same tune as the 1752 while Tork motorsports works on a new tune. Thank you for watching and we hope you enjoy seeing the Fiat running again!

A city car that you can take to another city (of course assuming you kept the original interior, installed a small, aerodynamic roof box to store your extra luggage and added a larger fuel tank for extra range and a flat underfloor with a diffuser that's placed in the middle of your 500, that is)

Its a heat treatment process that the metal takes on.. You're stressing and adding and cooling to give it more structural strength

Awesome video! Been waiting for the update on the fiat haha!! I just got my abarth back from the dealership, $300 dollars of service fees later and they still cannot tell me why I have to pour in a quart of oil every 1000 miles 😭😭. Anyways keep up the great content! The growth will come soon :)

Holythump yeah there is a film of oil on the rear facia of the car above the exhaust pipes

I need your OPINION. I installed the Big Turbo from Eurocompulsion and also upgraded my Blow off valve and waste gate and now I'm not getting the Boost or the spooling anymore. Any idea wat can it be. I was told I might have to tune d car again. Can u help me.

Where did you get the sports seat mounts?
What version TD04 is this? A TD04HL turbo is cooled by coolant. You can find those in Saabs and Volvos. Your exhaust housing looks to be a 5cm^2 housing which is very common on Saabs. Just saying... if the original turbo had coolant going through it, it would not be that hard to plumb coolant lines to get a TD04HL in there.
Nice work i have mounted the kkk 105 turbo and having problem with blow off valve already have the forge turbo jet i was wondering if you could give me some directions on how to mount it thank you

The 1752 was great, it just worries me now how it just exploded, the gt1446 im guessing you mean ec stuffed turbo. I personally wouldn’t recommend, id say if ur already debating the td04 u may as well go for it
VALLEY CREW RACING Any reason you don’t like the 1446+? It’s just as big as the 1752 and is plug and play. Oh and if you have Euro Drive it comes with Phase 3 tune. You guys used to rave about the 1446+. What changed?
Definitely needs a propper tune and some investigating into wastegate snd blowoff valve. I can bear it releasing boost pressure mid acceleration.

Yeah would love to know why. Any other channel would question the tune, but I guess they are just gonna ignore that. Also the custom coolant/oil lines you know there is room for error.
Been considering the td04 but my mechanic recommended against it saying the torque is just not there mid range and recommended a garret upgrade. Any thoughts on that? I’m not sure if I should trust him or if he’s just taking advantage of me

@@duke9620 honestly got bored with the power ( i had the 160hp pista). And a td04 plus intercooler and intake the whole process wouldve costed me around 3000€ so i never really bothered. Plus i needed abit of a bigger car too
@@duke9620 i got a 2020 bmw 330e, and idk if youve heard about this but a tune makes it a whole different car. First day i got it i took it to the garage, they managed to pull 422hp and 761nm out of its 2.0 turbo and electric engine

@@duke9620 honestly i think ill be satisfied with this power for the next few months, now i need nicer rims and a bit of carbon fiber here and there. I feel like 400hp is more than what i should need for my 2km daily commute to work and 4km to gym 😂
Push the gas to the floor and turn it over it won’t start that’s how you compression test so it’s easier than disabling spark as it also disables the fuel injectors and fuel pumps

What's the front clip on the 400Hp? It IS longer than a stock abarth clip,--longer, pointier light nacelles. I don't know if I "trust" the "Valley crew". You were supposed to answer my questions and you Didn't! You wanted us to comment, but you didn't "follow-through." Wouldn't you have to increase the fueling, to prevent an over-lean condition that could lead to component failure? Love the sound. Shouldn't the valves need stronger springs, because it sounds like you're close to the red-line.
The front clips on them all to my knowledge are the same. But i could be wrong. And yes fueling should be increased IE bigger injectors or E85, as for me my tuner has made sure my car is not running lean.

In the beginning of the video, the coolant line is talked about. One gets rerouted and one gets capped

Ill be over 240 with this turbo. The 1752 i had i was at 230whp. 23pounds of boost... this turbo is bigger and will produce around 250hp..

a partire da ora, gli iniettori sono di serie, il turbo funziona 24 libbre, il suono del suo ribaltamento è stato il primo avvio dall'essere smontato e le versioni multiair lo fanno

The best thing to do on a turbo 500 is the down pipe its almost always an easy 25+hp boost with a more reactive turbo.
After that coil packs are a good little boost that are relatively inexpensive and obviously an intake Michael Boggess on youtube has a kinda DIYish video on making your own intake for a 500.
