Is there a platform that has an array of standard prebuilt excel files folks can use as initial templates. Think Canva but for Excel. Or that we can just type a prompt like "Format an excel layout for a new marketing budget with the following categories" (then we obviously list them).

I'm only aware of the two excel platforms which I mentioned in the video.
What do you do about a request failed with status 429?

You can recreate the macro in the same process. And make sure you are subscribed to OpenAI API service. Delete your old API, and create a new one.
