I love My AC622 KOA, can't say enough good things about it. I thought my Washburn was easy to play but this Eastman, kicks it's butt.I get to play it in church on Sundays and it fills the room with a richness that toe others don't have. It was a pleasure to meet you guys a IBMA and thanks for letting me get this one. You guys ROCK!!! PS, matches my floors in my house as they are KOA
Love the light color neck binding because I can see dark fret markers on light than white on dark binding. Sounds great, not sure if I like the 422ce LTD Eucalyptus back and sides. Ok this is autumn so maple leaves are fine. Thanks John and Jeremy.
No it's only on some of their grand auditorium models. Specifically the AC522 and above as well as their newer model the E1OMCE-SP. Their Luthier Series has the tone port as well.
It looks like it's at $2,309: www.theacousticshoppe.com/shop/c/p/Eastman-AC622CE-KOA-LTD-Limited-Edition-All-Solid-Koa-Acoustic-Guitar-w-LR-Baggs-Pickup-2402-x68797972.htm
An AC622ce Koa-LTD Eastman gets a maple leaf design but they won't put the maple leaf design on their maple ac630 Jumbo? Where's the logic in that? I really want a jumbo but I also really want the maple leaf design. You guys need to pull some strings and make that happen. Meanwhile, between the ac630 and the AC622ce, I'm like that jackass that was led into the middle of a long barn with a bale of hay placed at each end. Every time the jackass would start towards one bale of hay, the other bale of hay would get farther away so he'd walk back to the middle. He then turned and tried going the other way but then the first bale seemed farther away. Eventually the jackass starved to death.

Love it!! And played without a pick in the end as well, many thanks for that! :)
I love the sound of that guitar !
I play a Koa Weisenborn lap steel. The sound and tone are amazing. Love the tone of this Eastman.
That sounds awesome!
Very VERY nice indeed.
had an e8 OM for a bit the tops are too thick and it lacked any bass at all. Hope these aren't the same cause I like the look of this one!
Is the man with the mandolin included with each sale?
3:03 so if koa was brown in 1/48 mainland states what would it be called?
They should have only put a koa top on it and left the figured maple back and sides.
Do all Eastman guitars have that sound hole?

Unfortunately we don't quite have that much of Eastman's ear, but you never know, they may choose to change the inlays or add the option one day.
I'm fortunate to have both ..and your right the inlay is a little curious lol
