Panchmura Village, Bankura, West Bengal
#Panchmura is 21 km from #Bishnupur and is famous for the terracotta Bankura horse, a folk artefact and now the national symbol for Indian #handicrafts. Manasa Saaj also known as Manasa chali is another famous sculpture from Panchmura. It is the idol of Debi Manasa. It has a small figure or a group of three figures in the middle, with rows of snake hoods fanning out in a half moon shape.
