@@Prettywildthings If you wanted to make a small rainbow, check out this tutorial: ua-cam.com/video/vtSQUHzDAqI/v-deo.html I've made a few using these instructions and they've turn out really nice, super cute! 🌈❤️
I made this for my Great nieces first Christmas! Instead of making the clouds I used cloud lights with smiles on them, and a dimmer remote control! I ordered all the yarn for the rainbows from the link below. Thank you for that! To cover the wires from the lights I cute up the light sky blue puff ball yarn, using the puffs I glued them all around the exposed wires. It turned out ADORABLE!! I literally could never have done this without your excellent tutorial and beautiful rainbows. I’m pretty new to crocheting. I wish we could post pictures in comments! Thank you for all you’ve taught me. I was lucky to find you when I first began! 🌈☁️🌈☁️🌈☁️🌈☁️💗💗💗 Ps- I made myself the same way you did here.
Thank you so much! I made one rainbow and the only issue I had was the ch12 at the beginning. I had to do it again with 18 ch because the 18 hdc sc in the 2nd row got to tight with only 12ch. I wished I could share a picture of it here with you. It is so cute !!
I absolutely love your tutorials❤....the way you explain is awesome...made few things by watching your tutorials....please make more amigurumis tutorials 🙏
Ooh Robin, don’t know how I managed to miss this video..It’s adorable!! Love that it’s double sided so it’s more solid (if you know what I mean) Thank you so much! You’re the best! 🌈💐🌈
Wonderful! This video was perfect for me as a beginner and the steps were explained very well! After watching a couple times I know have it memorised - thanks so much for doing this!!
Absolutely love this pattern! Have been digging through lots of rainbow patterns and this is just beautiful and turns out very nicely. The garland is perfect!
Hi Robin! I love the simplicity of this pattern. I want to make a pillow sized version. Should I just up my yarn & hook size? Thanks for your lovely videos!!
Amazing tutorial! I crocheted one with a 1.25mm needle and yarn and fist I doubled the number of stitches but it ended up way too long ( more like a 3/4 of a circle then 1/2) So I’m trying again with 18 stitches in the first row (instead of 24)
Hi Robin. This is a beautiful pattern. It is so easy to make . It took me about 20 minutes. Thank you for sharing. How can I make this smaller? Have an awesome day.
Hi Robin. I love you're video's. Thank you so much for sharing them with us. When it's time to do the increase, I can't see how you're increasing. Can you explain please? TIA❤
Hi Mary - an increase is simply putting 2 half double crochet stitches into the same stitch - so 2 stitches into the same spot :-) I hope that helps! X
@@HookedbyRobin Oh no it wasn't that. You did a great video. I wasn't paying attention to the change over. I love it and can't wait to make them for the grandchildren!!!❤❤🌈🌈🌈🌈
Hey Robin - love your videos. Please can you tell me which Pom Pom yarn you’re using and also where you got your fab needle from? None of my needles have that big an eye! Thanks x
It's Sirdar pom pom yarn in the shade "Misty" and the needle is just a cheap one I picked up from Amazon I think? I got a bulk order of about 20 from China as I'm always loosing them 😳
Love this pattern, thankyou so much 🌈 can I be awkward and ask how many stitches each round grows by. I like to count my stitches after each round to make sure I'm on the right track.
Thankyou for this! Very clear instructions for this newbie over here 🤣🤣 I made one last night and will be making some more for my 4 year old little group of school friends who are missing each other so much! If I wanted to make it bigger can I just do follow the same pattern eg 6hdc, Inc, 7hdc... Then 7dc, Inc, 8hdc? Would that work? 🙈
Yes in theory that would work! The only thing I'd advise is to occasionally fold and check the shape after the additional rows just in case it starts to curve downwards (I reckon it'll be fine tho!) X
so the only place i have been able to find the pom-pom yarn in the US (online) has been Amazon.. it is listed there as Baby PomPom Yarn, at the moment only in pink and blue also.. sooooo i'm going to have to do a chain.. not issue...
Hi robin I love your rainbow can I ask were you had pompon wool as I would love to have a go at making one I only have my Mobil to work from so can’t see how to make clouds hope you could help me xx
I LOVE this garland, can't wait to make one for my granddaughter.... she is going to be so excited! Thanks for the video tutorial. What company did you get your Sirdar "pom pom" yarn from??
I love this. I have made 40 hearts for hope. I would like to know wher I can get the pompom yarn. I checked Joann Fabrics and Michaels on line. I didn't see anything.

Is there a way to incorporate fairy lights?

Thank you for trying. I think it's the website, not you! No amount of clicking or scrolling will take me to anything useful. Plenty of ads though!
