Im am trying to mask a video, but in a different way. I have a video that is a gun from Halo surrounded by a greenscreen, i chroma keyed the green part into a different video, so it seems like the gun is over the other video. There are these unwanted parts from the first video that i tried masking out but it leaves these thin black lines in the shape of the section i masked out, turning anti alias to "no" helped but did not fix it, what can I do to get rid of these lines?

Hi I'm having a little problem with masking. I have two text that appear separately, I used some animation inside both text by using "Screen", cause "Multiply (mask)" doesn't seem to work. Anyway when I want to change background color from white to any other color or picture (that would have low opacity so It would be barely but still visible), the making composing child just doesn't work even if I make a group of those two texts. Any help? Thanks a lot.

Hi, I have SVP 11 and it plays all the videos I have on my pc but when I try import my vids from my Samsung pl150 it crashes. It allows the pics but not the vids. I can play them through quick-time but not within SVP. Any advise/help

My question is, can you mask a certain part of a video, and make it play to where movement is not cut off, but you can see it's above another picture/video as like it had transparency? There might be a term for this, but I keep searching for a particular effect, help?

try typing what you want first then highlighting the text you typed then pick your font and that should do it for ya, hope this helped ya bud.

1) Go to Media Generator
2) Make an Transparent Text
3) If you want change the background color in black
4) Import an image and pu it undere the text layer
