There are many great restaurants in Korea other than those that foreigners know or look for, so please check and find them The Michelin guide is not an accurate indicator, so please judge it carefully and enjoy it haha I hope you enjoy your trip in Korea and say good things back home
I completely agree! I've been disappointed by a few Michelin restaurants before, so I understand that it's not always the most accurate indicator. I’m excited to discover some hidden gems. Thank you for your recommendation!
It's kinda rare to find michelin star restaurants that offer tasty pork dishes aside from chinese restaurants since the standard on each dish is pretty high and some of them are a letdown for me 😔
You might like Mingles then since most of their menu focuses on seafood, beef, and chicken, with just a small dish of Korean sundae that includes pork. Chefs often use pork because it’s so versatile and adds a lot of flavor, but it’s totally fair to stick to menus that match what you’re comfortable with!

That is somewhat true. I've mostly enjoyed seafood courses from Michelin restaurant ☺️
@jennyfoodtravels I see, thank you for sharing your experience as always ❤
I hate it when Michelin restaurants offer pork. An animal that eats it's own shit should NOT be on my menu when I'm dishing out hundred of $.

wagyu cows on the spectrum do the same thing, look it up.
then shellfish is off the menu also right? because they're bottomfeeders as well.
