And even the translations of the Bible from the language and culture that it was originally written, into todays language and cultural "worldview" norms. When the word "God" is used it is completely forgotten what is written about it in the Bible. (1) "We are made in the Image of God" (2) Jesus said: "The Kingdom of God is within You" (3) The nature of "God" is described as: "I AM, THAT I AM". (4) In the New Testament there is a description of: "God is Love". So this is completely "circular" and neither "God" or "Love" are adequately described, and one is described in terms of the other. But in any case it could be summed up as the EXPERIENCED INTERNAL STATE. If you really KNOW "Who" and "What" you are with CONVICTION, (belief and faith etc.) then WHAT CAN POSSIBLY GO WRONG??? In fact Jesus states in the Bible: "You can move Mountains". So then the duality issue is between "COURAGE" and "FEAR". I would suggest that the word "Love" could be defined in terms of how you handle the potentialities between these two INTERNAL STATES. So the translation of "God is Love", might have a more understandable translation as: "God is Courage", as a preferred INTERNAL STATE. (and not FEAR) "For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me, and what I dreaded has happened to me". - Job 3:25
