In This Tutorial Watch How I Make A Mothers Day Wreath with A Drama Bow
Method: Ruffle
Method: Curls
Wreath Frame: 14 Inch (I purchased mine at Dollar Tree)
10 Pipe cleaners outside, 8 Pipe cleaners Inside (You can purchase them at any store that sells craft supplies)
I used Green 10" Border Stripe deco mesh cut to 20 inches long for Ruffles
I used 10" Peach and Yellow deco mesh cut to 10" long for Curls
(Both types of Deco Mesh above was purchased from my Wholesaler)
All ribbons I used are cut to 12 inches and I had them on hand
