Broo same goes for me, and im always telling myself "I'll go sleep at 9pm" **Goes to sleep at 1:30am** "I'll go to sleep at 11pm" **Goes to sleep at 3 am** and it keeps goin like this, i swear to god, i cant even remember the last time i slept well and wasnt sleepy at school, its been months, counting the holidays too, i havent been getting any good sleep at the holidays, i was just- Not sleeping in the night at all and then going to sleep at 7-9am, i was sittin the whole night on ma laptop, i could also not sleep at all for a long time cause on holidays i got easily used to no sleep and became a night person with sleeping problems so i wasnt sleepy at night at all, i was only starting to get really sleepy since 6-7am because it was already day, and the problem was, i could even kinda harm myself mentally because of this, cuuz i planned on not sleeping AT ALL for as long as i can, my goal was atleast 7 days but ended up with only 2 days cuz of course, i didnt know that the school year was starting so i had to sleep, but the only reason i actually believed i could take a whole week with no sleep is because of my night personality, basically, i just had to survive the whole day till the evening, since 7am it gets TERRIBLE, my eyes hurt, i need sleep but if i survive till 5-6pm then im fine because after these hours all of the sleepiness just goes away and im active and energetic again, but the only thing that bothered me is that i have alot of phobias, visions begin appearing after 2 night without sleep which is how long i was able to not sleep for, the visions werent anything particular tho, just some black squares or other figures but later it would get worse can you believe that i was a night person with most of my phobias having something to do with night? Ahh yes.. Im being weird again for sharing my life stories but whatever, i like writing such long comments, its really interesting to share it all
