I have a question maybe a true believer can help me if/when they see this. Catholics ask the saints to pray for them and Isaiah 8:19 questions that very notion. I only want to follow what Scripture says, can someone elaborate a little more? Thank you pastor for the lesson, God Bless!

They also ask for intercessions through saints in the scriptures. It’s not contradictory.
1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
@@marineothmonk The intercession of the saints in the Scriptures always refers to living saints... We have no communication with the dead.
