It's the vocal track you can hear faintly, when Matt says "a fuss". Remember this is not a separated instrumental track, just the album version with vocals removed by a software. Sometimes when voices reaches certain notes, mixed whith the instruments (plus the alterations and production the record went through in studio), the software can't make the difference with human voice and the rest, and some of it bleeds in.
Damn I'm convinced if those beautiful backing vocals near the end and throughout were more prominent in the mix this song would've been a chart topper and had a lot more attention
