I did hear it's preserved underneath the belfry, but it will probably never ring again due to it's brittleness inflicted by World War 2. It can't be smashed anyway. It's a 400 year old bell. It is forbidden in the law of what's right or wrong to smash historically important or old fashioned things... but when has there ever been such a thing as a modern church bell lol.
Klanglich gut gelungen die Glocke, keine Frage. Leider war man aber bei Bachert auch wieder nur imstande, die schwere Rippe zu übernehmen, jedoch nicht ein historisch wirkendes Klangbild hinzubekommen. Somit nur eine Standardglocke, leider.
