I love yeast rolls. My mother used to make them and we would enjoy them with my dad’s homemade strawberry preserves. Daddy passed away in 2021 at 87 years old. You brought back fond memories with this recipe
I remember always helping my grandmother in the kitchen making what ever she wanted to make from scratch! and always loved making her yeast rolls and thanks to my grandmother i know go to make whatever for scratch i miss her so much ❤
I cannot WAIT to try this recipe! My mom has always told us how her Paternal Grandmother made dinner rolls! I can wait to surprise her with these. May the Almighty continue to bless you Chef Jeff!!!!
Boy oh Boy! I love your channel! Found it yesterday steady watching recipes, going to make rolls for Sunday dinner! You are the greatest God bless and keep you! You have a new fan! I cooked 45 years, learning alot from you! The Veterans Administration I worked! So excited to make the rolls!🥰
You are a magician with that dough! When you laid hands upon the head of the kitchen Aid mixer it was like you was healing that dough from the big man above :)
Another great demonstration Chef… Yeast can be intimidating. But your explanation of not adding with salt and also needing it to be added when warm is a great piece of advice.
I've ALWAYS loved Yeast Rolls...My ex husband's grandmother was an old school Cafeteria cook and BOY could she make some GOOD Yeast rolls. I've always wanted to learn how to make them.. I'm so glad I came acrossed this video from a year ago!!
My Mom (who’s gone now) used to make these rolls on occasion. I’ve wanted a simple, and good quality recipe. I’ve bookmarked it, and will give it a go. Maybe for Easter (Celebration of Resurrection Day) . Thank you.
Chef, I really do like these rolls.I can eat one right now with a link sausage.Any meal of the day you just cannot go wrong with these rolls.I always thought they were so complicated to make. When you explain it, I feel like I can do it.Such a good teacher.
Thank you for the yeast rolls video. Very easy. But mine turned out sort of hard on the outside. Maybe I cooked them too long-35 minutes? The recipe yielded about 3 dozen.
"O my,,, looky what I've found"... yeast roll recipe,,,O....yea....🤗👍🙏🥰💃💃💃.. iam new to your channel and a year late,,,I fell in love with your channel after watching you make that German Chocolate cake video,,🤗,,,now um hooked, thanks Chef Jeffrey... Westcoast Listening 🙏🎧.."
Chef can you freeze the unbaked rolls? If so do you let them come to room temperature bake them or can you bake then frozen? I want to do some ahead of Thanksgiving
Another great recipe to try! Question: Is it possible to reposition your camera so that we can see better when your adding, mixing your ingredients. Us viewers see your back blocking the entire camera view.. and we miss some, just some of you adding or mixing your ingredients.. ( Not trying to be rude about moving your camera for a better view)… one more Question: Can you tell us where you got your cutting board that was on the counter you used to kneading the bread dough. Thank You for sharing your recipes with us!
Anyway you can relocate your camera position? Your body blocks a lot of what you are doing. In other words, we can’t see the whole process. Thanks I still give you thumbs up.
Great vid, except: PLEASE BETTER YOUR LIGHTING & REMOVE YPUR BODY FROM BLOCKING YOUR MIXER WHEN GIVING INSTRUCTION! YOU'RE GREAT CHEF, BUT IMPROVE THE EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE, WHICH IS USUALLY ON POINT!😅😅
