Hotel Lobby marks the second overall appearance of Martha van Wollen, after the Witch’s House, making her the first Homescapes villain to appear in more than one area. It also marks the 3rd time where the 5th day horribly ended with a massive disaster, likely due to a book named "The Shiny" that Austin told William to read caused Ramona to lose her faith in managing the newly opened Island Hotel, after the Lodge Hall of the Woodland Manor where Katherine falls sick on her first visit, triggering Austin's bad luck and prompting Mrs. Broom to ban her from any future visits until the root cause is identified with Tom's help (Which turned out to be a moldy basement*) and the Theater of the Mountain Estate where a falling candle started a stage fire that resulted in Austin's bad case of failure and Adam's emotional departure**
* - Not true anymore as of Witch’s House Day 4, the true cause of Katherine’s allergies is Martha van Wollen, who manipulated Mycroft into treating Katherine more like his daughter (Later named Hillary in the Observatory chapter)
** - The cause of the incident is revealed to be a swarm of bats nesting on the old ventilation cover at the right wall of the stage in Theater Day 6
