If this game comes out looking the way it was presented. It would definitely be up there with Witcher 3 and Elden Ring.

I love the fast movement in the game, looks like Wukong is going to be realy fast and agile.
Thats a good change of pace since all current singleplayer RPGs are about slow burly guys that cant scrach their backs.

Looks amazing . I can say I’m a little disappointed they didn’t add features of using his feet for weapon use . Minimal but would have definitely added some pretty awesome depth to the character

這款看起來比較像山海經換皮遊戲，希望實際遊玩後能夠讓我改觀
@@曾小賢-n4b宣发都是最低难度，线下试玩你肯定没去不过你可以搜搜这个试玩活动的视频，这段视频结尾的BOOS叫“虎先锋”在高难度模式下的攻击可以完全用迅猛来形容“虎先锋三拳打碎我的大圣梦”这句话是形容这个BOOS的难度的
因为试玩版本，现场试玩的时间本来就短，让玩家短时间尽量通关几个boss，游玩难度简单也很正常，就看正式版发布后难度会不会上升@@曾小賢-n4b

• It is said that long, long ago, a young novice monk wandered deep into the forest and unexpectedly encountered a colossal Black Bear Guai. Yet, contrary to expectations, the bear did not devour the monk but instead gifted him a sack filled with gold and silver. The bear then guided the novice to a secluded temple at the foot of the mountain.
• From a young child, the novice diligently cultivated his practice and eventually became the revered abbot, leading hundreds of monks. He developed a profound passion for collecting kasayas (Buddhist robes), accumulating and wearing countless robes until he believed no other could possibly pique his interest.
• One day, the abbot met Tang Sanzang, the master of Sun Wukong. Enchanted by Tang Sanzang's exquisite kasaya, the abbot borrowed it. Influenced by the cunning schemes of Guangzhi and Guangmou to steal the kasaya and burn Tang Sanzang's quarters, the abbot's long-dormant desires resurfaced. Consumed by greed, he set fire to the temple, causing the deaths of countless monks. The precious kasaya, however, fell into the hands of Black Bear Guai. Overwhelmed by grief and remorse, the abbot struck his head against a wall, ending his life.
• Despite years of cultivation under the guidance of the Bodhisattva Guan Yin, Black Bear Guai remained perplexed. Why had the young novice resisted the allure of wealth yet succumbed to the temptation of a mere kasaya?
• The Bodhisattva Guan Yin smiled and replied, "Without that kasaya, how could sentient beings discern whether their attachments and desires to the mundane world had truly been severed?
• Because he was protected by Sun Wukong, Tang Sanzang slept soundly until morning, only to awaken and find the entire temple reduced to ashes.

I think the lack of gradually increasing wounds makes the battles quite bland.
I cant really think of a lot of games that do that, only the Monster Hunter games

Well, its not an open world game. Its a linear dark souls style game. So it doesn't really need jumping.
if this is a Journey to the west series THIS WILL BE SERIOUSLY HUGE.......many of you (especially american/europeans) dont know just how seriously big of an adventure of this series, if it is journey to west adapted-game
imagine something as big as marvel era year 2008 to 2019(endgame), huge adventure👀
They should completely rehaul the sounds. The character sounds like a baby monkey crying while hes grunting. The screams, weapon sounds etc. should be more deep and aggressive like sekiro. Otherwise it looks phenomenal and hopefully the final product will deliver a solid experience. Hopes are high with this one

Monkeys do tend to be pretty high pitched, though. Being grown up doesn't deepen their sounds all that much.

You do realize that. It all games are open world, right? Hell, Open World games are some of the hardest to get right due to needing a huge balance regarding how much stuff there is to explore. the vast majority of open world games are bad or meh. Very few actually reach Elden Ring levels of good.Its not JUST bosses. But this is a more linear game.

I might be the outlier here, but I'm really not all that impressed. It looks like just another souls-like game with nioh-esque combat that's more combo-based. I'm ready to see something new and innovative. We need a new genre. I'm actually surprised that people aren't creating things more similar to Sekiro. That was definitely in the vein of souls games, but the combat is extremely idiosyncratic and feels nothing like Dark Souls. That should have spawned a new genre by itself.
