This song just popped up on my Spotify for the first time today and I instantly Googled "Cold Cave Night Light New Order Temptation" because it was such an obvious connection. I was even able to sing Temptation over the Cold Cave version and the verse/chorus changes were spot on.
This song literally takes me back in time, Cold Cave has the most authentic Darkwave/New-Wave/Post-Punk sounding music in modern time, I wish more people knew about them.
