I need to come back and watch this video to see all the outcomes. Gardening is a learn in process all the time for me. 😂 I planted mine late but I think we will be ok. Thank you.

Thank you for your comment! I would love to hear your thoughts after you get a chance to watch this video. What did you plant? I plant late and usually it works out. Yes, I am always learning. It's exciting and fun!🤗

@@thejenniferdiamond I was over ambitious. I planted tomatoes, peppers, melons, zucchini, squash, egg plant, cucumber, kale, onions, radish, celery 😂. I already have herbs. I will look at your video later on. I labeled each plant area, then all the sharpie washed away 🤣. Thank you 🤗

My total planting space is around 24 feet by 4 feet or so.

@@CookandBakewithSamer That is so great! It is with all good intentions and hopefully lots of your efforts will pay off. Keep me posted as I would love to learn more about your experience. Labels wash off for me as well, but we all just try don't we. Nice JOB!

I like how you keep your plant beds clean as well. How do we keep bugs away?

The tarp helps keep the beds clean, but I do need to clean out leaves etc. Luckily we haven't had many issues with bugs, but when we have I have tried things like homemade sprays of vinegar and water. I also tend to look up the type of bug and treat it specifically. One time we had this certain type of Caterpillar that the mom plants the eggs under the leaves and before we knew it all out spinach was full of holes. I found the culprit and moved it to a local park and placed it in a bush. Then I realized there were many🤣 We rehome them all and they didn't return. I can't remember but it may have been sphinx moth Caterpillar.

@@thejenniferdiamond that’s good. I already made one bottle with water vinegar and dish soap and one bottle with garlic water and dish soap. I think the garlic will keep the vampires away 😂🤣. Oh wow, that’s very kind of you to move the caterpillars. Thank you for your ideas.

@@CookandBakewithSamer Vampires! 🤣 Nice work. What type of bugs do you have?

@@thejenniferdiamond I don’t have them yet. Just preparing for them. But I have in my back yard a wild mom a dad and a baby bunny. Last year, I had 2 baby bunnies. They all left the garden alone. They just ate from the grass. I also have a dove who returned this year and using one of my hanging flower pots. Last year she had 2 babies.
