New Ppl watching jjk, chainsaw man, naruto and a ton of other anime don't know the creators take MASSIVE influence and respect YYH to the fullest cz thats what they grew up watching and inspired many of their ideas for their anime.
The naruto creator said it himself,

I respect what YYH has done for anime, but the true pioneer and father of all anime is Kenshiro from fist of the North Star. Fist of the North Star literally inspired dragon ball which came before Yu Yu hakusho.
