The Raptor was my first true introduction to modern military aircraft, before than I only was interested in WW2 aircraft, corsairs, mustangs you get the idea. I was at an airshow and this thing taxied right past where I was sitting, from that moment on the F-22 was my favorite aircraft. And then it did it’s performance…

Only 15 years ? It was inducted in US air force in 1999. Today, it's 2021 running. After 22 years, nobody is close to F22 Raftor. No country has full time 5th generation planes. Russia, China and India is still trying.
