My daily routine I know it's clique. Since Covid my life has been very simple and bland, but I'm grateful to be able to get up, work, take care of my family and go home.
I like to say “Everything is always working out for me” as soon as I remember after I wake up ☺️ I hope to make it an engrained habit soon! I think it’s a punched up version of my previous morning mantra: I’m lucky to be alive. Thanks for sharing everybody!

I’m feeling for it and finding it…. and now I’m in the receptive mode….. I’m not controlling the conditions, I’m tuning to the conditions…. for the alignment.
I've tried for years, but I can't find happiness. You can't be happy if your children were wrongfully kidnapped. It's impossible. If I had a friend maybe. If I had a partner, maybe. If my parents gave a shit. But without anyone and in pain, finding happiness is impossible
That’s really tough! As a mother myself your experience does sound heartbreaking. I have 2 stepchildren who were taken away from us by their mother. She refused to let us see or speak with them for 8 months. She was filled with anger and resentment toward their father and I. No other reason existed for her actions. She was and unfortunately still is in great pain. She has taught me so much in this life, unconditional love being the best part. My kids are in their 20s now. They love their mother unconditionally but she is not really a mother figure for them in their lives. She gave birth to them. They tolerate her and have learned how to maintain their center even amidst her chaos. All I know is that through this experience we have all learned a lot about ourselves. We just kinda surrendered in that situation and let her come around. I suggest the same unless the length of time has become unbearable then go through the legal system. You can do this. It will be far easier tho if you focus on you and accept your life exactly as it is. No one can truly give or take away your power. It’s up to you. We are never actual victims in this life. It’s all about perspective. Wishing you peace and the happiness you seek. Never give up. Joy is always right around the corner🫶🏼
Focus on the fact your alive and because of that you help others in ways you can't imagine. I don't like those things that have happened but I can start searching for my truth and happiness beyond those things that have kept me from my joy
