Hi my name is Guillermo Aguirre: A few month ago I became very interested in growing mushrooms since currently I'm a agribusiness student here in the US. Currently back home my family owns a building in which I was thinking of converting into a mushroom farm. The building is 25639.62 square feet (2382 square meters). I'm interested in growing many different kinds of mushrooms . Any thing from oyster mushrooms to shiitake and pom pom . I think your machinery would be very helpful to this operation . Also I would like some help from you since I'm a starter on this topic . Thanks and hope to hear from you soon !
Some use 70% wheat straw, 7% bran. 20% oak sawdust and 3% mycelium and about 20% of that water , others use 70% sawdust, 20% water. 5% bran, 3% gypsum. 2% mycelium. I personally use 4 liters of oak sawdust which I have in abundance and for free, about 1 kilo of bran and 1-1.5 liters of water. You don't want it to become too slushy, just damp enough, it will be sealed in a bag anyways, so it won't dry out
