Did you use any smoke/haze machine prior to, or during filming this video? I have recently purchased the EL-400RGB MK2 and am super frustrated with it, because can't see the beams, even in total darkness. Hopefully, the laser isn't faulty and smoke/haze will resolve the problem.

You can't see the laser beams without smoke/haze. I did indeed smoke up my place before making the video. Be careful with getting the laser into your eyes, especially without the haze. The El-400RGB has enough power to damage the eye sight, I highly recommend reading up on laser safety before doing anything with the laser.

Thanks for your swift reply. At least I can rest assured that my unit isn't faulty. Would you recommend any particular smoke/haze machine for home use (I'm not a pro)? From what I heard, a haze machine is better solution than a smoke machine to make the most of your laser's performance. @@RobertKoszewski

@@superveloce9807 I haze machine is basically a smoke machine that throws a small but continuous amount of smoke through time. A smoke machine throws a big cloud right away, that then dissolves with time. I have a "Ibiza Light LSM1200PRO Professional 1200W Fog Machine", which is quite an overkill most of the time but it also never let me down no matter the size of the room. If this is your first time and you don't want to spend much money, the 400watt ones are fairly cheap and should be more than enough to get the laser going. Just when you make the cloud, give it some time to disperse in the room and you'll have the best effect. But again, be super careful with the laser and eyes.

Thank you! I have the Laserworld DS 1000 capped to the minimum strength I was able to get out of it without having the colors distorted. This is on purpose as I usually use this laser in small rooms, and I also didn't want to overshine that other Laserworld laser that is Class 2 (The starfield one that is able to rotate only). But at full power it is way stronger.

@@RobertKoszewski thank you, it's very interesting🤩🤩, can you show me the laserworld at full power ? because this laser interests me😉
Did you choose the effect and colour of the laser or is it automatically generated ?
      the result is sumptuous 😍

@@enajv Coloring, pattern selection and positioning was all manually timecoded by me to sync with the music as I had in mind. But the patterns itself are the ones that were shipped with the laser (You can install custom patterns on the laser, but I didn't have time to tinker with that part yet, as I just purchased this laser recently). I do have a video where I was testing the laser in demo mode, which runs at full power: ua-cam.com/video/_JBGfaufSkU/v-deo.html (Single beams are even stronger with this laser, but they are super dangerous to get them in the eyes!! Only use this laser with really good laser safety glasses!!)
