When PTTP, Focus Pocus and AB upload, you know its going to be entertaining. I consider PTTP the second best auditor right now only behind Focus Pocus who is a master at it.
As a psychology student are you aware of the "John Wayne" syndrome where some police take a gung-ho attitude with their policing attitude , Example living for the job and badge and could not care less attitude towards the public , Now what we had here was a failure in communication regarding the drone , But again intellect over brawn won the day ,,
I know they set themselves apart from normal citizens, they break the law "daily" because they are police, park-like crap behave badly to everyone who is not a policeman, lie like a professional, and assume the worst about everyone, funnily enough with the exception of known crooks, they can be quite polite with them.
@Kens UK Adventures Really? Personally, if you are not breaking the law, why interfere? nothing better to do? And the policeman was not too sharp, again if we had a good system of policing, there would be consequences for police who break the law/rules, even with all the corruption and gang cover up the police look terrible these days. Problem is we all know how bad they are, Jury duty let me see that
Exactly like PTTP said to the cop "Don't say things as if they were law and true if you're not sure". (Not an exact quote). This a problem of waaay too many cops, they just simply believe that they are always right, some of them also seem to think that if they feel or suspect anything then any directive they give becomes lawful. They think they are Judge Dredd.
P2386 claims to be a drone pilot, he has very little knowledge of drone or aviation regulations, so he himself is a danger to the public. As far as policing goes he likes to work outside of the law (and human rights) he strongly believes that all people are guilty until they prove themselves innocent. He says he doesn’t come to work to be hated, so why does he work so hard to earn the hate?

What's missing from that copper's understanding of reasonable suspicion is the fact that the law requires a presumption of innocent until proven guilty. He's got that on its head.
You sir without doubt are the very best Auditor in the uk Firm polite and your knowledge of the law under pressure is outstanding I hope your channel continues to grow
29:00 Correct. If police aren't sure about the legislation they are about to use they should check with their supervisor or a more experienced constable. Unless the situation is too fast moving for that to be the case. In this case there was no urgency. They could've parked the car in the carpark and not in the middle of the road and then walked out to PttP once they had got the info to hand.
It's like saying "I'm sorry constable, I can't let you leave because there's no evidence that you are not a murderer, terrorist, robber etc and I might have to do a citizen's arrest"
Your knowledge is paramount to the majority of these bullies who you show constantly on every engagement with them that they are so keen to try to intimidate the public who may not be aware of their rights. It's disgraceful how these officers behave. You are doing an amazing job !!
@@noelward8047 like the law abiding citizens are annoying them? What does recording a police station actually do to “protect our rights”. No normal person who wasn’t some angry little man with a grudge on cops so wants to annoy them, will actually care.
Why do the police feel the need to just stop their car in the middle of the road with no consideration for other road users? How hard would it have been to park properly?
I mean, he keeps saying "I didn't know" and "I didn't have evidence you WEREN'T committing a crime"! This is insane. Absolutely backwards thinking! It's the opposite of policing, it's Stasi behavior. Prove your innocence?! What?!
Going on that logic this officer would need to stop every person driving a car or just walking down the street, as there’s no evidence that they haven’t committed a crime.
The alarming thing is that this is what auditors seem to get from UK police every single time reasonable grounds comes up. "Well, how do I know that it's not..." is a stock answer and they all seem to think that's sufficient, no positive evidence required. It's extremely disturbing. This is fundamental stuff.
why did you not inform them they are causing obstruction with their parking, quite clearly not an emergency and quite clearly ample opportunity to park closer to the kerb, they were causing traffic to move into opposite lane.
They way they block the road without a care in the world. If I did that, I'd get a ticket. Also, I suggest that when they start doing the whole "This day and age", "Certain people have nefarious intent" stuff, ask them how many times a police station has been a target of a terrorism, it's never as far as I am aware. Focus Pocus always asks that, and they never have an answer for him.
Catford police station in 1980. A bomb disguised as a torch was left on the front desk. A policeman picked it up and switched it on. It exploded and he lost his hand. During the nationwide rioting in 2011 a police station in Nottingham was fire bombed. Also in 2021 a police station in Bristol was attacked by rioters. But no serious terrorist attacks on police stations have occurred other than in Northern Ireland during the troubles, but that's a different kettle of fish altogether.
@@NickSmith-qx7qg Yeah, I don't know if your top example has the same elements of the crime as someone flying a drone over a station - not suggesting you are saying that it does and just trying to explain there have been. But I would say that none of these events happened due to filming taking place beforehand, or anything related to what PTTP is doing. It is far more common for citizens to be the target of terrorism, as that is the way terrorism works.
As soon as they say' "I'm not arguing with you/I'm not here to argue with you", you can take it as read that they now realise they've lost the debate and know they are wrong. But the police can't be expected to know every law. What about parking a vehicle 2 1/2+ metres from a kerb, obstructing the highway and leaving it unattended whilst the engine is running?
Britain has more surveillance activity than any other European country per capita - latest CCTV statistics show that there is one security camera for every 13 people.22 Mar 2022
The cop needs to retake his driving test if that is an example of how he parks. He is almost as close to the opposite kerb as the nearside one and is certainly causing an obstruction to the free flow of traffic, notwithstanding the presence of the recovery vehicle ahead of him.
I think that cop was the first one I've ever seen that has backed down and apologized in a fair manner. Having said that, I think he only did so because of the other 'nice' cop who was very affable with you. I also think he realized you were intellectually of a higher standard than himself.
I don’t know why these videos are so addictive but I need to stop watching because I’m finding myself talking to my mrs like she’s a public servant infringing on my human rights 😂
Why does the initial approach have to be so bad, a lot of coppers see the public as suspicious until any "threat" has been eliminated and details collected!?
@@maxdelatorre716 Does their paranoia mean they can't speak to a member of public with respect? Maybe the public should record police stations covertly to make your claim more valid?
By the same token, both constables are going equipped to indulge in sexual activities , and are wearing the same costume as a convicted criminal who indulged in non-consensual activities involving termination of life, so why should people not mistrust them?
It didn't matter if he could tell that it's sub 250, even if he read your bag and was 100% certain it was a mini, he would still continue because at that point he thought the 50m rule still applied to mini's. The 2nd cop was alright at the end but was being childish about his name tag.
@24:30 "I'm not automatically going to go 'Oh yeah that must be under 250g'" That's PRECISELY what you're meant to do. Without FACTS supporting a Reasonable Suspicion of an actual CRIME it's all you CAN do.
The officer suggests that unless he has proof it's lawful then he assumes it's unlawful. He literally explains that he assumes people are guilty until proven innocent
Clearly they wanted you to land the drone due to its weight. The air space situation was a seperate topic. If you lacked the legal know how they probably would have charged you. I'd say take it forward to a claim. They stopped your actions and they shouldn't have done.
You can fly in a CTR with a sub 250g ! That's why dji app allows you. You need to correct them that you only have flight restrictions in an FRZ (flight restriction zone). Otherwise keep up the excellent work👍

It's obvious over all the audits how poor the police are at dealing with the public. They need retraining get better in recruiting and start arresting proper criminals.
The last 15 minutes of this video is what you call cops knowing that they've probably doing wrong and trying to smooth it over by a little bit of polite conversation with of course the occasional directive....
Another great video pttp, but I think you should have said to them, 'I,m not getting into a conversation with you until you park the car somewhere safe'. They were causing a dangerous obstruction on a busy road. 🤯🤡🥓🐷😡🙋♀️🇬🇧
What this cop taught me is that the laws and courts are necessary in order to protect me from cops that can't think logically and can't perform their jobs properly. Lesson learned.
UK courts don't follow the law - I'm sure higher ones do, but County and Family courts have some/many judges as thick and arrogant as these coppers - here PTTP could talk back and get them to calm down, getting the police to see at least some reason, but that's impossible in court where many judges think they are gods. I'll add to that that many organisations which feed into courts are corrupt as well as inept - such as Social Services, as are numerous solicitors. Indeed when I had hassle with a malicious ex, EVERY organisation which fed into the court process, plus the court itself, was totally (and provably) inept and/ or corrupt. To this day, years later, I have not managed to get a single complaint accepted- they just stonewall anything they don't like.
I like your audits, I would really like to see you grill them on the difference between a police constable and a police officer because their powers only apply to the former and they will not have a clue what they are, I think it will be both educational and funny, keep up the good work PPP...

Sadly, if the way they parked caused a crash the police will arrest and prosecute PPTP.. it’s in their blood to always blame someone else and never take responsibility.
Furthermore, the police are gifted with a bunch of criminals like the CPS, IOPC, PSD and police apologists who will make sure the officers get away Scott-free.
While they may not know every breakdown on the regs they should at the very least know the basics per reg and if unsure to call in the Sgt and above who would know more .on top.of that say every 3 months they should be refreshers they need to read up on due to new laws and changes to old runs still running .
@kensukadventures628 What ? So a PO tells you to jump up and down with your tongue out and dribble and you just going to do it ? Are you from North Korea ? 🤣🤣
When PTTP, Focus Pocus and AB upload, you know its going to be entertaining. I consider PTTP the second best auditor right now only behind Focus Pocus who is a master at it.
As a psychology student are you aware of the "John Wayne" syndrome where some police take a gung-ho attitude with their policing attitude , Example living for the job and badge and could not care less attitude towards the public , Now what we had here was a failure in communication regarding the drone , But again intellect over brawn won the day ,,
Too many are saddled with that complex pilgrim.
I know they set themselves apart from normal citizens, they break the law "daily" because they are police, park-like crap behave badly to everyone who is not a policeman, lie like a professional, and assume the worst about everyone, funnily enough with the exception of known crooks, they can be quite polite with them.
@@davidsmith5523 Clever Haha
Regan & Carter or Crockett & Tubbs
@Kens UK Adventures Really? Personally, if you are not breaking the law, why interfere? nothing better to do? And the policeman was not too sharp, again if we had a good system of policing, there would be consequences for police who break the law/rules, even with all the corruption and gang cover up the police look terrible these days. Problem is we all know how bad they are, Jury duty let me see that
Your knowledge of the law and human rights is A+. These videos are getting better and better. Keep up the great work fella!
Yes but they often say ignorance of the law is no excuse
Love your approach and delivery of the law, keep educating us all, and them,,,,😂😂😂
P2386 claims to be a drone pilot, he has very little knowledge of drone or aviation regulations, so he himself is a danger to the public. As far as policing goes he likes to work outside of the law (and human rights) he strongly believes that all people are guilty until they prove themselves innocent. He says he doesn’t come to work to be hated, so why does he work so hard to earn the hate?
Chad well heath is the gift that keeps giving.
Looks like a middle eastern province going by the footage. I used to drink in the Greyhound when it was still a pub before the obvious takeover round there. Glad I'm in the West country now, hopefully I'll be dead and gone by the time the brown tide comes in here.
@@disaffectedmale I'm in the far west country, it's creeping in here slowly i'm afraid, few more years until I retire then I'm trying eastern Europe.😊

Parking the police car in a position to obstruct traffic, cannot stand up straight, has to lean slovenly on a fence, chewing gum when talking to a member of the public, issuing unlawful orders. This idiot should be dismissed at the first opportunity, he is unfit for his employment.
What's missing from that copper's understanding of reasonable suspicion is the fact that the law requires a presumption of innocent until proven guilty. He's got that on its head.
They are supposed to be investigators but never investigate.
That is the Problem, Great Comment 👍
TBF not all constables are investigators or detectives.
You sir without doubt are the very best Auditor in the uk Firm polite and your knowledge of the law under pressure is outstanding I hope your channel continues to grow
I am continually amazed by the extent of the "copsplaining" by British police. Natter, matter, natter.
I thought you said COSPLAYING lol
29:00 Correct. If police aren't sure about the legislation they are about to use they should check with their supervisor or a more experienced constable. Unless the situation is too fast moving for that to be the case. In this case there was no urgency. They could've parked the car in the carpark and not in the middle of the road and then walked out to PttP once they had got the info to hand.
It's like saying "I'm sorry constable, I can't let you leave because there's no evidence that you are not a murderer, terrorist, robber etc and I might have to do a citizen's arrest"
Proletariat, thank you for exercising our rights, this is free education for all. Police should be learning from these interactions.
He should be prosecuted for parking in the way he did, particularly when it was clearly the school run.
Your knowledge is paramount to the majority of these bullies who you show constantly on every engagement with them that they are so keen to try to intimidate the public who may not be aware of their rights. It's disgraceful how these officers behave. You are doing an amazing job !!
Imagine all the genuine crimes they missed while this was going on
Like the guy driving the van while taking a picture on his phone around 16:00 ?
Like they care..
Solve actual crimes ?
They are far to busy ... annoying Law abiding citizens.
@@noelward8047 it's what they do best 👌
@@noelward8047 like the law abiding citizens are annoying them? What does recording a police station actually do to “protect our rights”. No normal person who wasn’t some angry little man with a grudge on cops so wants to annoy them, will actually care.
Why do the police feel the need to just stop their car in the middle of the road with no consideration for other road users? How hard would it have been to park properly?
Great parking not dangerous at all.🅿️😳 Mean while a traffic accident outside Chadwell heath I hope their sargeant is viewing this.
Terrible parking. His obviously an officer that does not care. Another phenomenal Audit.
I mean, he keeps saying "I didn't know" and "I didn't have evidence you WEREN'T committing a crime"!
This is insane. Absolutely backwards thinking! It's the opposite of policing, it's Stasi behavior. Prove your innocence?! What?!
Says it all.
I was waiting for a car accident parking in the road. Heavy traffic no emergency lights. Pplt smartest auditor in BBC.
why did you not inform them they are causing obstruction with their parking, quite clearly not an emergency and quite clearly ample opportunity to park closer to the kerb, they were causing traffic to move into opposite lane.
They were within spitting distance of secure police parking. But when they see someone they can harass they are like a dog who sees a squirrel.
“Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence”…
I bet you had a “squeaky bum” moment when he showed you the airspace red area!
And blocked the pavement and hindered the U Nations from passing. Total arrogance, no wonder they are hated. Good job exposing them.
Why are you parked in the middle of the road!!!!!!!!!
Britain has more surveillance activity than any other European country per capita - latest CCTV statistics show that there is one security camera for every 13 people.22 Mar 2022
Came out huffing and puffing. Crawled away ! Great work Sir
Well said👌
I can imagine the 'Don't you ever do that again' look he gave him later.
Back in 1984 he would not have got through to interview stage.
Professional demeanour: hand in pocket, slouching on the fence, shades on. PC CoolAsFuck.

The police don’t see the public as suspicious… unless they are doing something… suspicious. Like recording a police station.
Anyone else watching the passing population and wondering which country this is filmed in?
Sickening isn't it
It didn't matter if he could tell that it's sub 250, even if he read your bag and was 100% certain it was a mini, he would still continue because at that point he thought the 50m rule still applied to mini's.
The body language of the cop leaning on the fence shows that the cop knew he was wrong but still tried to convince the pilot otherwise.
Lack of evidence of innocence is not proof of guilt.
I think he was worried that fence may fall over without him there to hold it up.
Can't believe they've just parked in the middle of the road, that's the real danger!!
You only need a CSE in woodwork to be a copper, that’s the issue.
Thats why rge5 are called wooden tops lol
He needs to make a giant bird box n hibernate for the winter 👍
He got the drone for xmas and probably never had it out the box. 🔔 ends
You can fly in a CTR with a sub 250g ! That's why dji app allows you. You need to correct them that you only have flight restrictions in an FRZ (flight restriction zone).
Otherwise keep up the excellent work👍
Yeah I didn't think about it until it was too late but you're absolutely correct!
15:30 PttP being very assertive and demanding that the cop mention which legislation he has used to order the drone down. Nice one PttP. 👏
The all round knowledge that PTTP has just floors the police everytime they open their mouth. That alone differentiates between what is right and what is wrong!
It's quite funny watching their extremely large foot going into their extremely busy mouths! 🤣
Thank you PTTP for your hard work and for sharing your awesome videos with us.
Take care,
Steve. 👍👍👊
That muppet just likes to hear himself talk! He should have walked away much sooner! These coppers have wayyy too much time on their hands.
It's obvious over all the audits how poor the police are at dealing with the public. They need retraining get better in recruiting and start arresting proper criminals.
Leaving the car in the middle of the road whilst they are engage with him for this long is ridiculous
'Reasonable articulable suspicion' is an American requirement, the police in the UK require 'Reasonable Grounds'
It's exactly the same sentiment.
To be fair the cops used the term 'suspicion'
really really awesome job. i love the way you control yourself and the situation here.
stay safe sir
"We can fly Drones, you can't". "We can Record you, you can't Record us." Anyone see a pattern emerging here?
The last 15 minutes of this video is what you call cops knowing that they've probably doing wrong and trying to smooth it over by a little bit of polite conversation with of course the occasional directive....
Great interaction. Loved you proved the PC wrong on the drone APP at the end. Very nice touch..
Great premiere mate, great numbers 👍
Excellent interaction, I think I saw the exact moment his Ego shattered, and fear set in.
Another great video pttp, but I think you should have said to them, 'I,m not getting into a conversation with you until you park the car somewhere safe'. They were causing a dangerous obstruction on a busy road. 🤯🤡🥓🐷😡🙋♀️🇬🇧
only thick plod could block the road like that and not care about the traffic flow but if we did anything like that we would be done for obstructing
By them saying "Have you thought about becoming a police officer?" They are indirectly saying you know more than them
That’s easy
