@@azureangel8217 He did used SSJ2 in GT, it's just that he rarely/often uses that transformation possibly do to his normal form SSJ1, 3 and 4 are his main transformations and he usually transforms to SSJ3 from 2 if his opponent is a little step ahead of him. Speaking of SSJ3, he often uses that transformation as well do to 1. His small body can't take that much power (as what he said in this video) or it's not used to that much power. and 2. SSJ3 is a limited timed transformation.

Gotenks can't too, they reduced the fusion time from 30 to 5 due to SSJ3's energy trashing.
